After several overpriced bids I was referred to Milne Brothers Roofing. I'm very glad to have gone with them. Honest, good price, good work, and great experience. I loved the home owners roof tear off option. Saved a few thousand dollars! Highly recommend!

We were blown away with how excellent the roof looks, but also that the job was finished before noon. Several neighbors couldn’t believe how efficient it was and we had a neighbor request your businesses info for a friend. Thank you all for the great roof, clean job, and competitive pricing that allowed us to do the entire roof at the same time!

The best review I could give them is this, "If I had another house to roof, I would have them do it tomorrow!" No questions asked.
We just had Milne Brothers do our roof, a tear off and re-roof, and it was started and finished all within 5 1/2 hours. They did such a wonderful job. They fixed "soft wood" spots, cleaned up better than they found it, and it looks amazing.
All of our neighbors were amazed at how efficient they were.

Milne Brothers Roofing was terrific! They were able to work me in the schedule before the estimated time! They arrived at 7:00 and started working right away. They tore the old roof off and had the new roof completed before 1:00! They worked incredibly fast and efficiently and did more than they were asked or contracted to do at no extra cost. They were by far the lowest quote we received. I definitely recommend going with Milne Brothers for your new roof!

Shawn and his team were wonderful to work with. They did the roof tearoff and replacement very fast. I love the Onyx Black shingles on my white house. As an add-on, Shawn suggested new transparent skylights to replace the original opaque ones, which I am thrilled with! Also they added roof venting which has already helped with my electric bill. We have the greatest confidence in this company and its employees. They did a roof replacement for us 12 years ago, did the roof on our addition 10 years ago, and recently came out and repaired a problem that was caused by another contractor. They are professional, prompt, friendly, and competent. We wouldn't use anyone else for our roofing needs.

They were very timely in everything they did! Started my tear off at 7am and were done and all cleaned up by noon! Did a great job! After looking at my roof they suggested I do a tear off instead of an overlay and after seeing some of the plywood I'm glad we did, needed to replace some!

We had a great experience with Milne Brothers Roofing. They were helpful through the whole process of getting a bid, planning and scheduling, and quick and efficient the day our roof was done. They had an owner on site which I think that says a lot about the company. They did a terrific job replacing our roof. I would highly recommend contacting them.

Nathan at Milne Roofing did a roof repair for me and did an excellent job. He came out quickly and gave me a fair price. After doing the repair he removed an old satellite dish for me and even disposed of it and all the wiring. He was excellent! I would recommend this company and I will call them again when I need to have my entire roof replaced.

What great service. Devin and the team were fast, efficient, had great suggestions that made this easy. My Mother-in-law contacted Devin and he came: evaluated, measured, asked questions and did such a through job on the bidding process that they came in with the best price, made the date - even with the rain.

They have worked on two different times tops for us. They did a great job and we are really happy with the way it turned out.

Milne Bros redid our roof in 2010 before we bought the home. It leaked that fall and they came right out and redid the flashing just to be safe, and recommended someone to fix our chimney issues. Now, 8 years later, some issues came up with an inspector; and they came out right away and were committed to fix anything that needed it. That is stellar customer service! Will be using them for all future roofing needs.

Nathan Milne was awesome to work with! My husband started the project and it became too much and Nathan was able to get us on the schedule quickly because rain was coming and between him and his crew they had the job done on a 3800 square foot roof in 2 days. I am so grateful for their expertise and hard work. My husband worked with Nathan on the roof the first day and said he was such a happy and positive guy. I highly recommend these guys.

I asked them to come out and replace a few cracked vents on my roof. After evaluating, he came and showed me the ones he had removed and explained the benefits of replacement. He evaluated my roof and even tacked down some loose shingles because he was already up there. I was very impressed with their quality of work and doing those little extra things for us to help the integrity of our roof long-term.
