Miller Roofing Contractors

Worst company I haver dealt with. We been asking them since June 15th to take care of fixing our roof at our business and they repeatedly lie about coming there and doing something. They attempted a one time little spot patch that has done nothing and we had to replace 20 ceiling tiles that were ruined. Now with have 4 more ruined because they claimed they did something, but we had people on Site and the have not. They won't return a call or text. I wouldn't hire them to do a dog house roof!! Terrible customer service !!!
Once they get your money they are done with you. Obviously they have 1.5 rating on Google that is terrible. They just don't care at all!!

We paid them 39,500 to coat and leak proof our metal roof using Conklin Puma product as well as coat much of our flat roof to leak proof it. We received an 18 year material and 18 year labor warranty from them on the metal roof job. Neither application worked. Our roof still leaks. When we tried to get them to resolve the issue, it took 2 years of hounding them and then a certified letter threatening legal action to get them to come out. When they finally discovered the cause of the leak, they said the Conklin material they used would not work as a solution like they said, so their idea of material and labor warranty was to propose another solution (which other roofers we had out in the meantime told us was the only good solution) and want to charge us between 2/3 and 3/4 of the cost of paying someone else to do the work to solve the problem. Not my idea of a material and labor warranty to pay tens of thousands of dollars more to get another leak proof warranty where we would have problems getting them to show up to service it and then if that didn't work, they'd want us to pay them again. So rather than go to court, we ate it and hired a better company who had been doing Miller's new proposed solution longer and used better materials. Now we are trying to get them to come service the flat roof work they did, which is still leaking and has been all along the way, and not getting return phone calls.
