I started the process in December of 2023. I worked with Pablo Castillo on the project. I had to turn plans into the city for approval and Pablo was able to get all the information the city requested and answer any other questions that came up through the process for approval. Took City one month to approve building. The foundation and prep work was started last week of April. Foundation and pad was completed May 3rd. I informed Pablo site was ready. I made last minute changes to building. Completed paperwork and deposit. I was called one week later by manufacturer and building was delivered and installed by May 15th. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of the building. Pablo was in contact with me through the whole process. Pablo also sent me information for accessories for lights for the outside. I love the TikTok video Pablo made of my building being built.

The salesman David was did an excellent job in getting the details of what I needed and was very friendly!

You need to understand how this works. Millennium is ONLY the "booking agent" for a metal building. They don't manufacture it and they don't install it! Once they get your first down payment (which is basically their fee for helping you choose the building and then routing you to the actual company that makes the building), they wash their hands of the customer. Read the fine print! You'll quickly find in BBB complaints and their answers to other customer complaints that 99% of people think that Millennium is going to help them resolve issues with the building. First of all, it's not their building. They don't make it and they don't build it. They just sell it and get their cut for doing so. So they will quickly (and rightfully so) tell you that you will need to deal with the other company that manufactures and installs the building. So you need to have a crystal-clear understanding of how the process works.
With that said, the agent at Millennium that I dealt with doesn't seem to understand that most customers are first-time buyers. He was impatient to get the "easy" sell as fast as possible and put it behind him. He had little patience for explaining all of the optional features. He was clueless on how wainscoting works and the installation process, on chain openers for roll-up doors, extra frame-outs, Z-clips, etc. He had to repeatedly go ask others the answers to questions and get back with me later. He did a very poor job of explaining dealer discounts and how they applied on their contract pricing sheet.
Admittedly, as I learned about the features, I kept changing what I wanted until I had my building fine-tuned to exactly what I liked. I feel that most of these extended discussions were due to the salesman's poor explanation of what was available and him repeatedly having to go find the answers. Maybe he was a very new employee?
In the end, he was a complete smart-a** in his responses to me. "Look at what I already sent you". "I'll write it in later" etc. etc. If you're ordering a very simple building/shed with few features, he's your guy. When it gets more complicated he drops the ball. Just very poor customer service.

Great recovery! After a rough start, the team at Millenium restored my confidence. Communication improved and the on-site crew worked tirelessly to complete the building. Best to keep the lines of communication open.

I can now say that the end result was worth the wait. This was the first of it's kind for Millennium, a gable roofed barn-like structure. The Manufacturer (All Metal Buildings) prepped the construction crew for success. The component were manufactured with a level of precision that ensured the assembly of the building went smoothly. Pablo with Mellenium buildings has gone above and beyond in the planning for my 30x60 shop/garage build. He has made the whole process seamless and worked tirelessly with all the ideas I’ve thrown at him, day or night if I had questions or concerns he always made himself available. Not only has he been extremely knowledgeable he’s given a fresh approach to the whole process by using social media platforms such as TikTok to showcase the work he has done with the company. This has made it so easy to visualize our future build! Myself and my family are so grateful for him and his expertise as he’s given us the peace of mind things will be done promptly and professionally. Cannot recommend Pablo and Mellenium buildings enough !

Their customer service is terrible. They were just a seller for American Carports. Took no accountability for explaining exactly what needed to be done to get site specific plans. Kept saying its in the contract, which had very ambiguous language. They put me behind schedule, and pretty much said too bad not our problem. My advice would be find out who's going to do the install, and deal with them directly.

Fair prices and great service. They work with you and help you find what you need that will fit in the budget. I will use them again.

Pablo is amazing, I highly recommend him. He was so helpful. The product was exactly as he said and the crew was also amazing and very hardworking. Best prices and quality. Ordering, communication and delivery was excellent. The crew that arrived with the RV carport was extremely knowledgable and professional. They went the extra mile to ensure that everything was installed perfectly. Very impressed with the entire process. It looks awesome!

So far, very easy to work with and very accommodating. Will add additional commentary after the work is completed.

Follow-up to review: They were very timely, friendly, efficient, and did an excellent job. The crew hit the ground running and finished the job within 5 hours (and it wasn’t a small project). We are very pleased with their work and their product. I would use their services again.

Completed the custom design large garage/man cave and order deposit process with Makayla at Millennium Buildings. She is professional and will confirm all design requests and structural design dimensions will fit the design. Backing it all up with a dimensioned 3D drawing. Feel comfortable and comprehensive: work with Makayla. Highly recommended.

It has been a pleasant experience getting the building structure ordered. David was professional and knowledgeable. Haven’t got the building yet, but so far a thumbs up.

RUN! I paid the down payment and after weeks of back and forth with there sales representative Mike Rodriguez over add ons involving extended slabs and then diagonal bracing, increasing the cost by thousands.
I finally had enough jockeying around and asked for my down payment back, of corce they kept 30% of my down payment, but I'm not even that upset because I'm glad I got away from them when I did before they tacked on more delays and add ons. I paid 30% of my down payment to these clowns and learned a lesson.
As an end result I went with another manufacturer, "versa tube" and couldn't be happier.
I hope this saves someone the headache, stress and money loss that I encountered with millenium builders.

I'm still reserved on answer's here untill my buildings are up but so far things are going as expected. David Truban was my rep and he did many changes in setting up my buildings the way I wanted it and dozens of emails later and here we are. David was very patient with me and had a up lifting attitude so thanks to him and Millennium for helping me In designing just the right buildings for me. The manufacturer said 4-10 week deliver and set up just a few days ago. Today they called to set it up in 2 weeks.

It took about a month to get the shop but they did a great job and put it up super fast! The representative from Millennium Buildings kept me informed. Great experience!

Millennium Buildings was great to work with. Leslie was great to work with as I changed my design several times and she guided me with the best options for my needs. The only dealer to contact for your new metal building is Millennium.

Kristy has been great to work with. We had a special design building with 2 carports and a workshop. We live in a HOA and she sent me everything I needed to get my permit.

Worked with Leslie and found her to be friendly, professional and very timely in her response to calls, texts and emails. Website was easy to navigate as well. Happy with the process through Millennium. Hopefully the delivery and installation process with the manufacturer go as smoothly as the purchase did.

Mike helped me along the way to building my shop I’ve always wanted. I made multiple updates and he was always their to help me update the model. He was always super quick to answer my emails, phone calls, and overall concerns with the project. Highly recommend.
