Mascon and his team did an excellent job.
I used Mile Hi to replace my residential home roof in Denver, my dad’s home roof in Englewood and two rental properties roofs in Aurora and Englewood this year. A total of 4 houses.
They are excellent with the quality of work. Mascon is great with his communication and his customer service. He is punctual, polite, nice and respectful.
I would use them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to replace a roof.

They did great work. Kept me updated as to their progress and provided pictures and videos. We live out of state and they always kept an open line of communication to answer any questions we had. My POC, Macson was easy to work with and came out and met us at the house after the job was done and we were back in town to share a and admire their work and to collect a check.Looking forward to the next hail storm.

Had this company come out for a quote and the first thing the guy asked for was my insurance claim. I told him I will deal with insurance myself and will not be providing that info to any roofing contractor.

When I refused to give him this info and told him I wanted an honest quote he accused me of insurance fraud. He didn't even get on the roof to inspect to see if I actually had damage.

So our business went to another roofing contractor who actually got on the roof and inspected and gave me an honest quote.

What is sad is all the elderly people in our neighborhood are using this company.

Floruin was great. Enjoyable to work with. He helped me contact my insurance company to get the ball rolling. He was here when the install was taking place and made sure we were happy with the way everything was going. He dealt with the city and made sure all the codes were followed and that each stage was documented and sent to the city for approval. Thanks Floruin for giving us a beautiful roof and gutters.
