I needed a roof replacement after a hail storm. I called a couple local roofing contractors. Mikes was referred to me from a friend that had his roof done by them. I was surprised, I called and Mike was very friendly and answered all my questions. A couple days later he emailed me a price for everything which was very reasonable. I decided to use them for the replacement. He gave me a time and day, and they were exactly on time. I was surprised on the install and how well they did on cleaning up everything on a total replacement. I found 3 nails and 3 caps along with a couple very small pieces of plastic. I have a lot of landscaping and outdoor living stuff. they moved everything prior to starting and put tarps done all over. I would say Mike deserves an A ++++ on everything. I was totally satisfied.

Absolutely the best customer service, uses great quality products and certainly the BEST price you will find!!! I am new to this area so I did my research and got 4 quotes from what I thought was the best overall roofers in the area. What the roofers didn't know, is that I am very close friends with a owner of a roofing company where I am from. Of course, I sent him every quote. By far, Mike's Roofing, was superior in every way......ESPECIALLY THE PRICE! Regarding cleanup-----his crew was super diligent about going around the house with the magnet to try and get all the nails, staples, screws, etc. And they did a superb job but it doesn't matter what company you use, I promise you will find at least one nail. All you can hope for is that you don't find it in the tire of your car. Great Job, Mike and your crew!

Be Hard to contact Mike for first times because he might be busy. After set an appointment, he did the quick response; the estimate was reasonable.; and my roof looks very good.

We hired Mike on the basis of a friend's recommendation after receiving several other bids to replace the entire roof of our timber frame home. It was a challenging job because of the unusual construction, structural insulated panels instead of the usual stud and plywood shell. After putting him in touch with our timber frame manufacturer, Mike also researched the construction online and together with his crew decided on the best way to tackle the problem. The workmanship was outstanding, his crew were pleasant and very hardworking, often staying until 7:00 PM on cold January nights to complete the section they were working on.

After completion of the job, we had a couple of minor problems that were addressed to our total satisfaction and perhaps best of all, he brought the job in for $15,000 to $20,000 less than our other bids. I would recommend him without hesitation.

We had held off the inevitable roof replacement until we noticed a serious leakage in our upstairs storage room. Pressed for time, we interviewed roofing companies, and decided on Michael E. Thompson Roofing for several reasons. Mr. Thompson was very thorough explaining what would need to be done, offered varying options for roofing materials and, importantly, his price quote was very competitive. Mr. Thompson assured us he would be able to replace the roof quickly, given its condition. He provided us with names of individuals whose roofs he had replaced in our neighborhood and, to a person, they spoke highly of him.

The contract was signed and all aspects of the job were completed as agreed, meeting and even exceeding our highest expectations. The work was done on time, quality of workmanship is superb, and cleanup was thorough. Impressively, Mr. Thompson's service did not end upon completion of the job. He has since stopped by several times to ensure that the project was done to our (and his) satisfaction. It has, and he comes highly recommended.

The company gave me a good price, came on schedule, finished the job in a single day, and appears to have done a first-rate job. It also replaced my neighbor's roof, and he seemed pleased.

Mike was super professional, quick, and courteous. His crew started on time and finished when he said they would, even though there was a rainstorm that forced them to lose half a day.
