My name is Virdis Mackel Sr. I am 66 yrs old I contacted Migthy Dog Roofing in late September to come out an give me a estimate on my roof because my roof was leaking. They sent Javon out to do a inspection of the roof and he assure me that my roof could be fixed. After several attempts to fix the roof with no success and 929.00 of my hard money I was told today by their General Manager Ms. Timra Couto that I have no warranty. Three times they came out and couldt fix the leak but I have no warranty what kind of business is this. Buyers beward!!!!!!!

I recently had a new fortified roof installed. After getting quotes from several companies, I decided to go with Jovon & Mighty Dog.

From the very beginning, Jovon made Mighty Dog stand out from the competition. He was far more informative on the Fortified Roof Program, Wind Mitigation Certificates, and way more responsive than the other company reps I received quotes from.

Jovon also took care of the little aesthetic details that really mattered to me. When an issue arose with my newly installed attic fan, Jovon and Darrin were able to quickly address it., as best they could.

Throughout the delivery of materials through installation and completion, Jovon, Darrin, and the team were professional and punctual. Mighty Dog is lucky to have them on the team and if you're lucky, you'll get them on your project!

Recently I contracted with Mighty Dog to replace the roofs on two separate buildings that I own (1201 Milan Street and 4123-25 Coliseum Street). The workmanship, the quality of the roof installation, and the overall cleanliness of the entire job, from beginning to end was truly first class, and exceptional.

There was not one single issue that I had with the roof installation and the process.
My entire experience was genuinley excellent and I would happily recommend Mighty Dog Roofing to anyone looking to have a roof replaced. These roofers are the best in the business!!

I needed to fix a leaky window and replace some damaged second-story gutters. Jovon came by and discovered the source of the leak. He clearly explained the process to repair with a detailed itemized estimate, and was patient in answering all my questions. The team worked hard in a timely manner and gave me regular updates throughout the whole project. They even threw in some work to fix some minor alignment issues with my other gutters. Mighty dog is going to be my go to for my exterior home needs. We had horrible gutters that were clogged and had failed years ago on our newly purchased home. Water was dumping behind the aiding and leaking through our windows. Mighty dog responded quickly and demo'd the old gutters. They discovered the fascia was rotten and replaced all of it. They were careful to protect our trim in the front and the attention to detail was wonderful. Water Routing for down spouts was carefully planned and I could not be happier with the quality and care. Darren is awesome and truly has your best interest at heart. His honestly is wonderful and rare in the world of contracting and repair. He is someone you can trust!

I am very happy working with Mighty Dog Roofing. After the experience I had with my previous company that I had to fire and start my process all over again, The first time I met with Mr. Jovon Morris, he gave me a lot of valuable pointers that the other competitors. He was very helpful to me knowing that I was going thru this process for the first time. He made it seem to not overwhelming for me. He has gone above of all that was expected of him. Mr. Darrin was also helpful to me and I will and have recommended the Mighty Dog Team to a lot of people who has asked me about my experience. These two men are a great access to this company. Mr. Morris was a great pleasure working with he is always informative and always available when I need information. He called to inform me about my inspection late one night and apologized for it being so late. I informed him that this was important information and I did not mind whatever time it might be.

Happy to enthusiastically recommend Mighty Dog- within a week of calling to schedule an initial consult we had a new roof. Jovon and Darren's communication was excellent, estimate was competitive and the work was fast and professional. We've had a lot of work done on the house over the past few years and this is easily the most pleasant experience we've had with a contractor in New Orleans. VERY happy with Mighty Dog Roofing and both Mike Nolan’s and Jovon Morris. First I called on a Sunday thinking I’d get a call on Monday. I received a call about an hour later…on Sunday! Monday, Mr. Morris went out and measured and took photos. Monday afternoon I had an estimate and the scheduled the installation. Today is Friday and the whole, fantastic job is done (perfectly) and cleaned up and done, done, done! I haven’t had such good service and work since Covid hit! Most excellent!
