You’d be better off picking any other exterior company over this one. They are the slowest company I’ve ever dealt with regarding anything that they do. Everyone I talked to was shockingly rude and not professional whatsoever. Look elsewhere if you’re looking for any exterior work done to your property.

I had my roof repaired by Midwest Exteriors under a GAF warranty. Kelby was prompt, professional, communicated well, and went above and beyond my expectations. My roof looks good again. 100% satisfied with the experience.

We have a roof that ExteriorPro installed that is great The recent storms dislodged some leaf guards which caused some shingles to be out of position. ( these guards were not installed by ExteriorPro. But by the original builder). I phoned Josh - he was here within an hour and quickly made a repair. While here he checked other points on the roof and all were fine.

I like dealing with people that are local and don’t forget their past customers.

We added gutters to our new home construction in the Stillwater/Lake Elmo area. They look absolutely fabulous. Bryce and MacKenzie both had great customer service and kept us informed of the status of the project. We couldn't be happier with our new gutters!

Drew and Jason have been amazing helping me to get my insurance company to honor the policy I purchased. Not surprisingly, my insurance company has handled my claim poorly but Drew and Jason don’t give up.

Midwest Exteriors recently reshingled our roof and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Eli was a pleasure to work with, handling all the necessary paperwork for our warranty claim which required several visits to our home. The installation team did an outstanding job, completing the work in just a day and a half and ensuring the job site was thoroughly cleaned afterward. Josh, our project manager, also visited the site to ensure everything was proceeding smoothly. Overall, we had a very positive experience with Midwest Exteriors and would gladly recommend them to our friends and family.

The whole experience was very quick. I called to get a quote and days later I had it. From there I got on the books. they came back and had the job done in a day. Everyone was awesome to work with. Even my dog had an outstanding day handing out with them for the day 10 out 10 for sure

The installer was on time for the appointment and was very courteous and friendly. He reviewed the details of the project with us prior to starting. He went to work immediately and worked nonstop until the project was completed. He cleaned up the work area before leaving.
We didn't get his name but we refer him if anyone needs these services.

Midwest Exteriors MN did a wonderful job on our project. We had rot on the side of our house and they replaced the plywood, trim and siding. They were responsive, communicated well, and the work was top notch. Very happy with the project and highly recommend.

Andrew, the sales rep came to my property quickly after I made the phone call to MidWest, only within a couple days after I requested the quote. Russel and his partner did a great job finishing installing the gutter.
They even installed a downspout that can be lifted up for the convenience of mowing the lawn. They accidentally grabbed another piece of downspout that I detached and laid on my lawn but were able to return a replacement piece after I called them. Overall I am satisfied with the business with MidWest Exteriors MN. I would recommend it to whoever needs to install gutters on their property!

Bryce was extremely helpful from beginning to end. The gutters went up quickly and look great. There was some small issues after the installation that were taken care of promptly. I would use them again in the future.

Worked with Midwest Exteriors to install gutters on an Interlock Roof. They were the only company that had experience working with this type of roof. They also had a color match for the roof color. They did a fabulous job, and took care to ask questions when needed and worked to resolve issues associated with the previous gutters. Top notch quality and service!

Got four bids, and theirs was by far the most reasonable. Installers did a very neat job and, most importantly, water is now being properly channeled away from the house!

Noah did a great job installing my new gutters! He listened to my concerns and made adjustments where needed. Everyone at Midwest Exteriors was great to deal with. I will certainly use them again.

The guys were nice and the completed gutters look great and will function as needed. Even though I clarified what I wanted during the consult, I did have to go over everything again with the installers as they didn’t seem to have that information passed on to them. Negatively, they did leave strips of aluminum in my yard and I have found a dozen screws and rusty nails on my sidewalk and driveway from either the removed gutters or from installing the new ones.

Curteous and professional. Clear communication from the staff. Appreciate their problem solving with a few tricky items our project presented.

Midwest has fast and friendly service. I had a assessment and estimate with service planned a couple of weeks out. But Tommy was able to fit me in next day. Appreciate the care and work ethic of this company.

Never was contacted about date/time of job, just showed up to my house. Ultimately did a great job, gutters look awesome and are working just fine. Picked up about 20 screws/nails around the yard afterwards though, no good. I'd recommend.

This company is good. Very smooth from the bid to the payment. Communication was excellent. Price was very competitive. I highly recommend them.

I will never do business with them. wont stop comming to my house to solicit their services. Just had someone come for the 2nd time in about two weeks as well as numerous other occasions before that. Then they litter my property with thier door hangers which go strait into the trash. The person that just came left so fast she was gone before getting to the door and also watched her on my Ring doorbell camera. I"m about ready to do a complaint with the BBB

I am always impressed by the quality of work provided by Midwest Exteriors. Their crews are very knowledgeable and skillful in their trade. They had re-shingled my roof a couple of years ago, after some hail damage.

They resided my house, replaced my corner/inside trim and aluminum wrapped all the other boards to make them maintenance free, and added caulking where needed.

They installed a maintenance-free siding with the color incorporated, eliminating the need for painting. When they removed the old siding, they replaced the underlying sheathing where it had rotted behind some deck ledger boards which were removed, after I downsized my deck. They wrapped the house after the original siding was removed, since my original builder didn’t add it (built prior to code requiring it).

We are currently looking at replacing my cedar shutters with maintenance-free shutters from the siding company.

Rob and the crew were so fast and efficient. They did an amazing job! They took the time to make sure that I had options when it came to installing rain barrels in the summer and regular extensions for winter time. We had a multi day rain storm shortly after and the gutters worked as expected! The larger gutter size is nice because any leaves that were in there ended up washing out.

Used them for our gutters and they were fantastic. They came out and it was too cold and snowy but they still got the job done. Once spring summer began everything held up for the most part. We had one little leak and they came out and fixed it. The guys were super nice and professional. I’d highly recommend!
