We, King of Glory Lutheran Church, were having issues with our roof for years and other companies just put a band aid on the problem, never really solving what the underlying issue was. We called Midwest Elite Restoration and they came in and took the time to really get to the bottom of it. Ended up replacing our roof and they gave us a great deal. The customer service was beyond excellent- highly recommend this company!

This company from the get go was very professional, courteous and helpful through the entire process of replacing my roof and gutters. Eric who initially approached me because of hail damage was great to deal with, always there if I needed him. When I found some minor damage to the siding months later from the previous work, Eric immediately got it fixed. Would highly recommend.

The staff was out quickly to assist us after a tornado. Our insurance company only wanted to pay for minimal repairs and was very slow to respond. Staff was very helpful in working with us, to get the best response from the insurance company. They were always truthful with us and made great recommendations. Prices were resonable. The roofers, siding crew and gutter installers were professional and did great work. Clean up after the each job was well done thoroughly. We would definitely recommend to family and friends!

MidWest Elite Restoration is amazing! Eric came and gave us an estimate for doing our siding, replacing the gutters, fascia and soffit. Pricing was very fair based on other estimates we got. Was great with scheduling and follow up, crew was professional and worked long shifts 3 days in a row to get the job done. At the end Eric came with Andrei and Andres and cleaned up, swept and blew around the house, leaving our place looking better than it was. Such a professional and easy experience! MidWest Elite Restoration recently replaced my roof, siding, and gutters. They first provided an estimate, and even worked with my insurance company to take the paperwork burden off of me. My roof and siding are beautiful and my gutters are shiny. They even removed an old picture window valence that was aging the house. All the work was completed promptly and professionally. Easy, clear communication with the project manager helped everything go really smoothly. The project even came in a little under budget! I was dealing with a very difficult insurance company after a hail storm came through. Eric from Midwest Elite Restoration came recommended by one of my neighbors, and made a difficult process so easy to get through. My home looks incredible! Call them.

I do not recommend. We had our roof, gutters, and facia done months ago and have needed them to come back out multiple times to repair a leak, repair paint work, and clean up their debris. Now the office and sales rep will not call me back so we can get the paint power washed from our patio and to pay the final bill. Save yourselves the time. They don't care to complete a job they just want to take on the next "bigger" job.
