Initially, there was no appointment time so I thought I would be waiting around all day like most companies make you do. Oh no they were very prompt here early. I answered the door with one shoe on lol. Dan was very nice, very personable and experienced and the price was great. I had an attic vent replaced that was keeping myself and my neighbors up at night. They did it in a very timely manner and when I came to the survey, I seen that they did windows and doors and I called Dan to look at not one, but two French doors I need replaced. I am now getting quotes on those. I would definitely recommend this company to whoever needs any of the many services they provide. Ask for Dan!

Midlands Roofing and Exteriors did a great job replacing the siding on my house. Brandon was my first contact and he was great to work with. He made sure I understood everything (including insurance paperwork) and walked us through the whole process. Once the job started this past week, Cody oversaw the work and made sure everything was completed on time. Our new siding looks awesome! Myra works in the office and has also been a pleasure to speak with and cordinate appointments and details. This company does a great job balancing cost, effieciency, and quality. I have had Midlands Roofing out two times now and worked with Daniel both times. The first visit was last year when I had a persistent roof leak in my home, which started after about nine years of homeownership. The issue traced back to poor workmanship by the original developer, and I had already had another roofing company fail to fix it! Daniel and his team came out, correctly identified the issue, and took care of it upgrading some vent jacks/stacks. I waited to post a review because it did not rain for quite a while afterward, and I was skeptical. Then we finally had a major deluge, and I am one hundred percent certain there is no more leak.

This year I called them again to fix some mismatched shingles. The original home builder did a poor job and Daniel and his team corrected it with a much better color match.

Cody, Dan and crew did a phenomenal job. They ran into a few issues due to a previous companies work and presented us with solutions to move forward. Would highly recommend the company. Everyone we interacted with was professional, friendly and you can tell they stand by their work!

Dan and his crew did amazing work in a timely fashion, cleaned everything up as well! Pricing was fair compared to other places, would recommend and use again without hesitation!

Brandon came to look at our dormers, as we were not sure of the extent of the problem. He cleaned up the bottom of the dormer by removing some aged and weathered finish used for aesthetics and pointed out some small details that could be improved on. He came to quote possible repair of the dormer, but the condition of the dormer was sound. His cleaning up and additional information was all at N/C. Very friendly and professional.

Dan is absolutely amazing! I recently had him come out to give me an estimate. He was very professional, answered all my questions and even gave the dogs some belly rubs. Highly recommend him and the company, fair pricing with honest people.

Dan Burke was the Project Manager that handled my roof installation. Throughout the process, from providing the estimate, sit down meetings and selecting roofing type and color Dan was hands on during the entire process. He kept me abreast of each step along the way by thoroughly explaining the why's and why nots getting my approval prior to any required changes being made. His crew was very respectful of my property and worked really hard to complete the project as promised. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up any debris. Midlands just completed installing a new roof on our home and so far we've been very satisfied with our experience with them. Their bid came in well under what we had been bracing ourselves for, but don't feel as though we've had any skimping on quality or service. They took less than two days from start to finish and it looks like everything's been cleaned up after very thoroughly. Dan Burke did a walkthrough with us after the job was finished and was great with explaining everything they did and answering questions. We're actually in the process of selling our home so we especially appreciate the 5 year warranty on the roof that can be transferred to the next owners. Recently had our roof replaced with Midlands roofing. Dan and his team did a great job on the replacement. The entire process was easy from quoting to installation. They brought their own dumpster to remove materials and swept the yard with a magnet to clean any nails and debris from the work done. Overall professional team and fast, efficient work.

Chris with Midlands Roofing went above and beyond throughout the entire process! He initially handled the roofing items from my pre-listing inspection report but also took the time to identify and address other issues that needed attention. When a minor issue was found during the reinspection, Chris took care of it at no charge—on a tight deadline—just to ensure everything was perfect before my home’s listing photos were taken.

What really impressed me was his proactive communication. When a potential buyer reached out to Midlands Roofing for a roof replacement quote, Chris immediately informed me, giving me a heads-up. Without me even asking, he also provided a full roof replacement estimate so I’d have that information on hand to share with buyers if needed.

My experience with Midlands Roofing & Exteriors has been great, from the very beginning. I called to get some Shingles, Soffit and dry rot estimate and met Brandon. It took No time to get an appointment. They are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly from Chris down to Myra. Myra, was so friendly and polite even though I kept asking for different estimates. When it came to work day. I met Cody ( great personality)& workers. Brandon, Chris, and Dan were excellent, as were the installers. I let them know my Home Owners Assn was keenly interested in the shutter project, so Midlands Roofing and Exteriors called me and moved the work date up, so it was complete only a week after Brandon initially visited to assess my needs. The work looks great. I will call this company again when I need their services!

Professional crew that paid attention to detail and corrected underlying problems that could easily have been covered up. They were efficient in their use of time and Dan did a great in communicating as the project manager.

Dan Burke and Midlands completed a second project for me, approximately 350 feet of residential aluminum fencing. The project consisted of removing an existing aluminum fence, replacing two gated entries, and managing a property line dispute with a neighbor (I live in a HOA community). The quality of the work was top notch, the site was cleaner than they received, and the dispute was handled in a professional manner.

I couldn’t recommend Dan and Midlands enough.

Dan came to look at our roof today to assess for hurricane damage. He came while his team was working on my neighbors house. He was very professional and got out his ladder to have a closer look. Luckily we did not have damage. He was very honest and if we ever need a roofing company again we will definitely give Midlands a call!

I was very pleased with the service from start to finish, Dan was great to work with and he kept me posted on what was going on and was very knowledgeable.
The crew showed up early and worked hard all day and even after dark cleaning up.

At the recommendation of a coworker, I called Midlands Roofing concerning the storm damage to my home's roof and siding.
Chris came the next day and performed an inspection, explained what he found and answered all my questions. The " back and forth" between the insurance company and the contractor I had feared never materialize,as Chris communicated with my insurance company directly.
When the day came for the repairs to be performed, Cody and his crew brought the same friendly and professional attitudes. They performed a great looking repair, and an equally impressive clean up.
From start to finish, I honestly could not be more satisfied with this experience.

From estimate to repair was a great experience. On time to all appointments and did repair which looks great. Dan was informative and explained additional items that needed attention after getting into job. The job was cleaned up nicely and even trimmed a tree limb hitting the house. Highly recommend.

Dan and the team at Midlands Roofing did a wonderful job replacing my roof. The original quote remained the same. They showed up on time and completely the job quickly. They left my yard cleaner than when they arrived! Great team to work with!

Requested a potential repair consult and estimate. It looked like a couple shingles may have lifted up during hurricane Helene. Brandon from Midlands came out to take a look. He was very pleasant and took a look at my concerns from the ground, snapped a few pictures, and provided an estimate within a few hours. The next day I came out to find a piece of aluminum fascia detached from the house. I called Brandon and sent some photos of the new damage. He updated the estimate for me, which came to about $900 for all repairs. I had a different company out for a second opinion a few days later. Their estimator got up on the roof to inspect my concerns and found the shingles weren’t actually lifting, but actually how the roof was installed. The second company also inspected the rest of the roof, provided me a total roof assessment, and reattached the aluminum fascia while they were up there. Total cost for the consult, assessment, and re-attaching the fascia was $0. To be fair, Midlands estimate for the fascia included a new piece of fabricated aluminum as opposed to simply re-attaching the original piece. Also, I did not request Midlands provide a whole roof assessment. However, I am giving them a three star review because their estimator did not get up on the roof to properly inspect my concerns and was prepared to charge me about $600 to replace shingles that did not need replacing. I cannot say whether the repair crew would have spotted this and notified me that the repair wasn’t necessary, but if the estimators are performing their due diligence, this doesn’t issue. Many customers appear to be happy with Midlands work quality but I’d make sure you are getting at least one other consultation to keep them honest price-wise.

My repairs to my home was completed to perfection. You can’t even tell that there was any damages ever on my home. I really appreciate the job well done.

I contacted Midlands Roofings while they were working in my neighborhood. One of the supervisors came over to my home to take a look at repairing some missing shingles. They repaired immediately without any charge! I call that great customer service!

Midland did a great job! The Admin Office was courteous, thoughtful, and professional. They scheduled my appointment and followed up accordingly.

Amazing Experience All Around !
Chris Lambeth, owner of Midlands Roofing was absolutely Amazing. We had sustained roof and ceiling damage as a result of Hurricane Debby and Helene and didn’t really understand the whole process as it was my first time going through this , other than contacting the HOI company for an assessment. Due to the subpar inspection report I wanted to further search for a contractor who would put their customer’s needs first. After many searches and reviews, in addition to speaking with neighbors(saw the results ) we were Blessed to have found Midlands Roofing. Chris’s office responded quickly, followed up with emails and text messages and scheduled a consultation within a matter of a few days. Now how efficient is that? Chris, himself, arrived and was very “down to earth “. He wasn’t pretentious, condescending or attempting to pressure us into anything. Chris knows his stuff!! He guided me through everything from A-Z, was able to get a full roof replacement, sent his crew out to complete the job, cleaned the gutters and removed all debris afterwards. Let me tell y’all that it Looks Darn Good ! We’ve even passed the house a couple of times not recognizing it lol!
