I can not thank Ahmuld Thomas enough for coming out to do our mold inspection in our apartment . I didn’t trust the maintenance guy who said that it could be dirt, mildew or mold & just wanted to put caulk on top of it. Ahmuld came out right away & identified problems that we didn’t even see. He’s very knowledgeable, honest, kind & professional. He went the extra mile & might’ve saved my family’s lives including my infant & toddler because it was just as he suspected, black mold. Who would think that apartments are just painting & caulking over black mold. Don’t play with your health, definitely call even if you don’t know but think it could be something.
