This was my first "big kid" maintenance project for the house so I was a little scared about diving in, but Ryan got me set up with everything I needed. There was a last minute cancellation so they got me in first thing the very next morning and man does the house look so much better!! I was excited just from them ripping down the old guttering. I happened to stay home that day so it was pretty amusing to watch it get yeeted from the second story roof. Midland Exteriors was the perfect choice for our window and siding needs. We recently had all new windows installed in our home by Midland Exteriors (out of Manhattan, KS), and we honestly couldn’t be happier. This was a big investment for us, but one we absolutely needed to make. Even though our home is only about 20 years old, we had major issues with the original windows—poor installation that had started to affect the siding and overall integrity of our home. From start to finish, the Midland Exteriors team was exceptional.

The craftsmanship was impeccable. You could tell every detail was done with care and precision. The windows look beautiful, and we can already feel the difference in our home.

We want to give a huge shoutout to Seth, who truly went above and beyond. He was personable, professional, and incredibly communicative. He even handled our curious daughters asking questions and wanting to “help” like an absolute champ—seriously just a wonderful human being to have working on your home.

We also really appreciated Nick, who helped manage the project and kept us in the loop every step of the way, Dirx, who was incredibly kind and easy to talk to, and Scott, who took the time to walk us through how the new windows worked—he really set my wife at ease. And of course, Grayson and Shannon, who did an outstanding job with the install as well.

From sales to billing to installation, every part of the process was smooth and professional. We will absolutely be calling Midland again when we’re ready for new doors or any other projects they can help with.

WOW! Amazing professional service from beginning to end. Ryan started us off with great sales service continuing with Nick making sure everything went well as project manager. Seth and Stephen were professional on the job working hard the whole time to make sure the windows were installed quickly, correctly, and professionally. The windows are awesome - exactly what I hoped for - and the installers were top notch! I got three bids - they weren’t the cheapest but their installation is first rate! And the outcome is amazing - our old drafty windows meant cold rooms during windy winter days. Now those rooms are nice and toasty!

The Marvin Infinity windows and sliding doors are an amazing improvement over our replaced 37 year old Anderson vinyl clad windows. The windows are high quality and beautiful. The "Everwood" interior was stained to match our existing wood trim, and you can't tell the difference between the new windows and the 13 year old trim. The installation crew Seth and Scott were very skilled and knowledgeable. They kept us informed of the installation schedule and process and made sure our concerns were addressed and the work site was cleaned up daily. We have been thoroughly impress with the complete product and process. Midland Exteriors definitely cares for the customer .

Super work crew. Technically proficient and efficient in all that we had done. The two men, working as a team, got the old living-room window out and the new one installed quickly and professionally. I was particularly impressed with their care for the interior of the home (as well as the exterior) but found it refreshing when they not only picked up the pieces of wood trim and finishing nails but also took the time to vacuum the dust and wood debris so that nothing was left behind. They were just as meticulous in keeping things clean and orderly outside. I know it is probably a small thing given everything else done to remove and install a window but it just shows their attention and pride in doing the job.

The representative came at the agreed time. He provided an estimate on the spot after carefully measuring interior and exterior. We had 10 windows replaced. I felt like Ryan was very honest about ways we could save a little money when selecting the styles/colors, and put our needs first instead of trying to maximize profit. Did a great job explaining the value of their product versus vinyl. The installation crew was very professional, and were very accommodating by not working on the window in my son's room during his afternoon nap, which I really appreciated. Immediately after they replaced our 1970s metal frame windows, we could feel a difference in how the temperature leveled out throughout the house. Our neighbors have all commented on how good the new windows look!

contractors arrived on time, pleasant personalities, their work is clean, great communication answering all of my questions at the end ensuring I understood the door's working mechanisms & documentation from Midland Exteriors.

I chose this company because of there reviews. Initially I was disappointed in the service due to a lot of miscommunications that turned into significant frustrations but after leaving a poor review the owner called and was more than willing to work through and correct the issues. Ultimately the job was done to the standard I was expecting and I appreciate the owner taking time to understand and correct customer issues.

Representative came up to do a bid, said he would email it in a couple days. A week went by, tried calling, left a message, and he never returned the call. Never received a bid. I would have appreciated it more if he would have just said that they didnt want to do the job.

We purchased 4 windows and an exterior front door with sidelight. Measurements of our openings were taken and the products explained thoroughly. Brochures were left detailing the items quoted. Everything we wanted was detailed in the quote so the components could be ordered. Our order arrived earlier than expected and install was scheduled. The install took place over a three day period. Cameron, the installer, showed up everyday on time and worked hard all day. A day and a half he had assistance for a very large window and the exterior door. Despite the fact that temperatures were in the three digit range work progressed on schedule. Everyday the area was cleaned up to the point you couldn't tell there was work in progress.

The windows look great and operate very well. The front door looks amazing and the added metal trim blends seamlessly. We can already tell a difference in the comfort of our home and we feel value has been added.

Received a call yesterday that our new Infinity patio door came in. It was 2 months early, and I'm REALLY excited! The old door didn't open/close well and leaked water, but we couldn't find the leak. The new door is SUPER quiet when it opens/closes, the screen door moves easily and the guys were very professional and courteous. Went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy. We have used Midland for years and I've always been VERY HAPPY with the products offered and work that was done!
