I am happy to give Midland Exteriors 5 Stars. Everyone I dealt with during my project was a true professional always polite and helpful. The two person installation team, Seth and Stephen were very professional and true craftsmen. They were very careful and always cleaned up any dust, trash and debris. Nick and Debra were always helpful in answering any questions and addressing any issues. I would highly recommend Midland Exteriors for any window installation project.

Midland Exteriors was very professional and did a great job. We went with the metal siding and I am very glad we did. One north windy day the house to the north of use caught fire and if we would of had vinyl siding our house would of burned down. Thank you Midland for the great service.

We had all our windows replaced with Marvin Infiniti windows and Absolutely Love them! Their customer service has been exceptional and they definitely stand behind their warranty! We would Highly recommend you consider them before deciding on any other company! They also did our steel siding and now our home looks updated and is maintenance free!

Midland Exteriors provides the quality Marvin Windows. Midland has a well organized staff that helped me at various steps in the decision process. Then the installation crews were competent and made that process less stressful. I highly recommend this firm.

We had Midland Exteriors replace several windows and some siding. The salesman was honest and sincere. The quality of the windows is top notch. The installed product was a perfect fit and the installers were professional and efficient. Was the project expensive? Yes it was, but we got several bids and did a lot of comparison. We found Midland Exteriors to be the best as far as quality and price were concerned. You will find windows that are less expensive, but the quality will not be there, and you will have regrets. The other company that has similar quality, in their products, is almost twice the cost. I highly recommend Midland Exteriors for your windows, siding and other exterior projects. No, I am not paid for this, I did not get a discount.

After experiencing a very bad contractor and their work, we were jaded and nervous to find another one to fix the mess. I’m sure many folks have had this happen. I called Midland Exteriors and thank goodness I did. They made all the previous company’s bad, right!

I would highly recommend Midland Exteriors! From start to finish they did everything right. They installed full frame casement windows and a front entry door with sidelight. Taylor and crew were very professional, knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond what any contractor I’ve ever hired has done. You can tell they truly take pride in their work! Do not waste your time going anywhere else! I wish I would have called them first! Midland will not disappoint!!

Had new seamless gutters installed the first week of Feb. 2020. By April the back gutter was separating from the house already. Water leaking in between roof and gutter. ( exact reason why I had new ones installed). The installation crew left quite a mess behind( nails in driveway and yard and old gutter guards not all taken away). Have been trying for over a week to get someone to come look at what is wrong and can’t even get anyone to respond. 1 person told me that someone would be by at the beginning of this week to look at it and it’s now Thursday and nothing. We have other projects needing done not sure I would use them again.

Midland's customer service is outstanding! I received quotes from a few places, but Midland really knows their product and "sold" me on it rather than just pitching a brand name. The windows were ordered and arrived in a reasonable amount of time; the install was quick and the team was careful not to make/leave a mess. They even cut the frames to size right outside my house! My family instantly noticed a temperature difference and the AC hasn't ran as often. Thank you Midland Exteriors!

I live in an old 2 story farmhouse that is in need of several updates. I had visited with Jamie at the Home Show about windows, siding and guttering and he came out to give me an estimate shortly after that. He was very professional and informative about the products they offer. Due to the size of my home, I decided to do the projects in stages. Jamie's crew came out first to do some repairs to my porch and add guttering, plus they repaired some guttering already on the second floor. Then another crew came out to install the windows on the first floor along with 2 doors and storm doors. The next step will be the windows on the second floor and then siding. I am definitely 100 percent satisfied with everything from Jamie explaining the estimate to the crew's installation of everything so far! I love the doors and windows and can't wait to start the next project with Midland Exteriors! If you ever need to update your home, I highly recommend these guys!

Midland replaced five windows for us. Everyone and everything was top-notch professional. We had one issue after the installation and it was resolved quickly.
I did my due diligence before picking a window company and I’m glad I did. The Marvin window products we selected along with the expertise of sales and installation folks at Midland proved to be a great value.
We have more on the to-do list and will call Midland again. We’re very pleased.

Our experience with Midland Exteriors was wonderful!

The entire team, from sales, to the office staff, to the installers were all very informative, helpful and professional. After years of wear and tear, our detached garage needed attention. We contacted several companies and selected Midland Exteriors to have steel siding installed.

The project went very quickly and we were able to easily work with the installation team and made some adjustments along the way. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted without any hidden surprises or costs and the garage looked wonderful!

We were so pleased with them and with the way our garage turned out that we then decided to have Midland Exteriors come back put the same siding on our house. Once again, they were meticulous in the work they did and we could not be happier with the way our house turned out.
