Middletown Homes

We've been in our home for nearly a month and couldn't be happier! None of our friends/family can believe all of the reconfigurations and model changes we were able to pull off with the help of MHS staff. It's no exaggeration to say that every team member we interacted with was eager to please and ensure our complete satisfaction throughout the entire project.
Kudos are due to our Sales Rep Charlotte (who has been promoted so many times in the last 18 months that I've lost track of her Title.) She was tireless in keeping up with my changes, additions, subtractions, etc... and was always courteous and helpful.

I loved our experience with Middletown Homes in Fairmont! The staff was always friendly, patient, and was able to answer any questions we had before, during and even after our home purchase. I highly recommended them to all my friends and family.

We have had our Middletown Home for over 9 years ! Everyone there made the process very smooth ! It makes it very helpful that they have their own service department. Would recommend Middletown to anyone looking for a new home !

We went with Middletown Homes for our new home, the process started in February, Communication was great at first and as the progression went on communication got slim and it started getting harder to get straight answers or even answers at all. Well our home was a month late on delivery from the time they told us, now a month after our home was set and they still do not have everything to even finish our home. (This is definitely not stopping them from Constantly trying to get the rest of the funds for our home, which won’t happen til our home is actually finished since they are dragging their feet this long, who knows how much more time they would take to actually finishing it after receiving the funds.) Not to mention the sales representative that assisted us failed to give us all the information really needed about what we needed to do for utilities on our end. Now we are still waiting for them to finish our home and to receive our keys because between them and the bank they didn’t have everything we needed to sign, Middletown does not care or give any concern to they customers at all!!! “Built on service, Built on trust” is the worst lie! Definitely DO NOT recommend them at all!

We just moved in to our brand new home. Our home is beautiful, and the team at Middletown Homes is amazing!!! From start to finish, everyone was polite, professional, and attentive to any needs. Their customer service is top notch. If I had to do this process over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. The entire journey has been far less stressful than I anticipated with buying a home. The quality of my home is unbelievable! When we set out to buy a home, we wanted someone who could provide quality and customer service. The team at Middletown exceeded our expectations. My family cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for us!

Great place to do business they help us get our home and get it set up.
And was very nice the whole bunches that works there.
We lose our house to a fire Christmas morning .
And they went out of there way to help us get into as fast as they could.
They also throw in a few pieces of furniture as we lost everything thing.
I would recommend middle town homes to anyone looking to buy a new home .

Salesmen were friendly and helpful. Always willing to answer any questions I had. This is my first home buying experience and it was a very good one thanks to them. Dan Edman and Ben Morris were the two representatives I dealt with. I thank them for all their time and help. They are an asset to Middletown Homes

Went to several local home sales locations and Middletown was the only one who had personnel that stood out. Many were too busy telling us what we could and could not afford when Middletown told us we could have what we wanted! They recommended several contractors but didn't push any particular one (for the foundation and excavation.) Although they sub out some of the work, if the finished product is sub-par Middletown will have a solution. They are very friendly and my family couldn't be happier with our home!

I called this morning, asking how many 2 story mods they had on lot to view. A man named Sam said "4". My husband and I drove 3 hours(one way) from Hurricane Putnam county, wv. There was ONLY ONE!!!!!!!!! one 2 story Mod. I'm highly disappointed. Will not be returning.
