Mid-Valley Auto Glass Windshield Repair

These guys simply dropped everything to replace a windshield not windshield piece of glass in my Mercedes. The dealership was absolutely no help at all but Denny rose to the challenge to replace this weird piece of glass. They were both fast and friendly and got the job done for a great price. They even put on my wiper for the rear window at no additional charge. Thank you Mid-Valley Auto Glass!!!

When I noticed a rock chip in the windshield of my truck I gave the shop a call and right away the team was super friendly. They let me know that I was able to come in same day, and once I showed up the repair was done in less than half an hour. Their price to seal the damage includes their promise to re-assess the spot if it were to give me any problems down the line - there's always a chance that cracks may or may not develop after some time. Honest work and amazing service from the team.

Woke up to our 2008 towncar back window shattered on a Sat. Started ins claim, so started searching for companies local. MID VALLEY AUTO GLASS came up, read reviews so decided they were the guys. Called Monday, took it over and had it back Tues early afternoon. Very professional, all friendly, they do great job. Can not say enough about their service... it's 10/10. They will be our to go guys if we need more work done. Car looks great!!❤️

Unfortunately got rock chip, crack in new Sprinter. Mid-Valley did an excellent job on installing and programming windshield. On time and cost estimate. Would return for any repair needs.

I came in because I thought I had a low spot on my windshield and needed it replaced. These guys saw that I was upset and were so kind. They took a look at my windshield and informed me that it was just my wipers not making contact. They could have easily scammed me, but instead they fixed my wipers for me and it didn’t cost me a dime. Super thankful for their honesty and kindness.

My experience was fantastic. Car got broken into and they were able to schedule me for a window fix faster and cheaper than the 5 other options I called. They drove me to a coffee shop so I could work while they fixed my car up and finished earlier than they said they would. Definitely a 5/5 experience!!

ABSOLUTELY EXECPTIONAL customer service skills. Had a rear drivers window completely busted out by a thief! Came in Friday to check on scheduling and they are super busy (for a reason). They ordered the glass and said if I could bring my rig by and leave it Monday, they would work on it as they could between jobs. 5 hours later they called and it was done. Pick up was in, pay and out! Would DEFINETELY use again and recommend to anyone! Work was quality

Wonderful experience from start to finish!

I had a large crack in my 2022 RAV4’s windshield. I was worried about making an appointment just after the recent ice storm since I thought they’d be very busy. They got me in quite quickly and let me know that the insurance info has come through from GEICO and I wouldn’t have to worry about paying a bunch of money. I asked if I could get a ride home since I live ten minutes from their location and did not want to spend the whole time in the waiting room. They graciously agreed to do so and when it came time to go to the appointment it was all done quickly and I got a ride home right away. They called to let me know when the work was done and told me they’d be on their way to pick me up.

The windshield turned out great and seems to me (not an expert) that it’s of the same quality as the original windshield. I was a bit worried about that as I had taken my 2017 Camry to get my windshield replaced when I lived in Arizona and they replaced it with a windshield that seemed of worse quality than the one I had. That was not the case here at Mid-Valley Auto Glass, everything from the service to the windshield were all great. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately when visiting Portland during the ice storm, one of my car windows was busted out. My husband contacted Mid Valley Auto Glass and they were extremely helpful and understanding. I was able to bring my car in same day and they repaired the next morning. Every single person we worked with was professional, kind and went above and beyond. Mid Valley saves the day! After another nationwide glass company removed my windshield and refused to install a new one because of minor surface rust.. This crew was like watching a surgeon at work. Fast, efficient, and great communicators. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

I can't praise them enough! They did an amazing job replacing my window and matching the tint perfectly. What I'm most blown away about is the turn around time. These guys are highly coveted and booked out, yet they fit me in as fast and fairly possible. My window was busted out due to theft, so they wanted to get me fixed and protected. I pray I'll never need them again, but if I do....hands down the BEST service I've experienced.

I can’t express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Dan and his crew. My front windshield needed to be replaced, paid for by insurance (pretty typical for insurance companies to pay for the lesser cost item/service), and that also required my camera sensors to be recalibrated. Unfortunately, my car was a wee problematic, resulting in Dan having to order a Ford factory windshield in hopes to solve the problem. He was very communicative throughout the journey. I genuinely appreciated his perseverance, attention to detail, and integrity to ensure the camera sensors were functioning correctly when the windshield was installed. First impressions are everything and this business just proved that today. My first time taking my vehicle in due to getting a rock in my windshield and they made it a smooth process. I had my little with me, so they brought me and my son back home while they worked on it. And not only that but they brought me my vehicle back and didn’t need me to follow back just to make it easier on a mom and child. Everything went so very smooth and with such a friendly attitude. Genuinely wanting to get to know their customers to build that relationship. 10/10 and would recommend over and over!

Great customer service and affordable. Got me in quickly after getting a large rock thrown into our windshield under an overpass. Their service was excellent. They even vacuumed the glass out of our car which was all over the place. I highly recommend this shop. Great folks too!

I am so incredibly grateful for the kind and knowledgeable souls at midvalley auto glass windshield repair. My fiance has had this chronic and consistent issue with her vehicle windshield. An annoying and violent vibration was coming from the windshield and many shops and dealerships were totally stumped on how to approach the affair. The boys at midvalley were swift in their communication and wonderfully thorough in the execution. Within minutes the pesky oscillation was thwarted. I am genuinely so impressed and the team at midvalley deserve the highest praise. 10/10 can't recommend these boys enough.
