The staff was very knowledgeable. DJ Groves showed us around and was very helpful with all the questions we had.

Always a wonderful experience. I've had my vehicles serviced about every 6 months for a number of years. I like getting a report on status of my vehicle, that way I know what to plan for as far as potential repairs that might be needed.

Danny & Andrew was absolutely awesome to work with. Very accommodating to our schedules & keeping it honest. Most times working with salesman we feel like they’re just trying to get the most of us, Danny did not make us feel that way. Very friendly but yet professional. We would recommend Danny & mid- state to our family & friends. Kudos to you for having an asset like Danny on staff. I took my car in for a hand brake assembly replacement. Unfortunately, the part was obsolete & I had to buy the part from a scrapyard. The whole process at the dealership was smooth. And the tech had my car done in about 1.5 hours. I thought it was going to take 3hrs. It was a good experience. I highly recommend this shop to others.

Austin at Mid-State Ford in Summersville is awesome! Mountaineer Ford in Beckley flatly refused to give me a refund for my recall that that I paid for before it was a recall. Then I went to
Ramey Ford and the warranty Dept kept putting me off until the time limit ran out.
Austin sent out my refund within 2 weeks. I highly recommend Mid-state Ford. Even though I live in Beckley I will make the drive to Summersville for my service work.

Mid-State Ford's service department is nothing short of exceptional.

I experienced vehicle issues while traveling from PA to SC on Sunday afternoon that essentially left me stranded in Summersville, WV.

Based on other's reviews, I took my vehicle to Mid-State Ford first thing Monday morning and explained my predicament. Even though they were short staffed a couple technicians, they were able to prioritize diagnosing and replacing a faulty internal transmission component for me by 11:30am.

Everyone I spoke with was accommodating and understanding of my situation. They did everything in their power to get me back on the road as soon as possible while also not pushing to upsell unnecessary items as many service departments typically will try to do. In fact, the service manager even went out of her way to contact Ford directly to double check if this repair was covered under warranty (which it was).

I highly recommend this business to anyone in the area or travelling through.

Great Service Center! Took my vehicle in for “The Works” (oil change/tire rotation/etc) and the Service Team was very friendly and professional. I took my 2016 F150 in for service. Excellent service, front desk folks are great! Midstate Ford is the only place I take my truck for service.

Good experience at your body shop. Great paint match and painting. Cleanup on my truck was fantastic. I would recommend your shop to anyone. ThNk you.
