Mid Plains helped prolong the life of my old A/C the past few years so it continued to run efficiently; it finally gave out. They installed a new one this summer at a great price. They are dependable and an honest, trustworthy team. I'll continue to call on them for annual service on both the A/C and furnace!

Steve and TJ have serviced my furnace and air conditioner for 16+ years. They've come on the hottest afternoons to repair my air conditioner, and on the worst of bitter cold winter days to repair my furnace. When I finally replaced the furnace and air conditioner this spring, I relied on Mid Plains Heating & Air, because I trusted the advice of Steve and TJ. They came on the day and time they said. Got the job done. Cleaned up after themselves. Perfect!

My heating went out the night of a snow storm. I called Mid - Plains the next day around 11am, and by 2pm they were at my home to diagnose my furnace's problem. TJ had recently had surgery and was in a neck brace. Despite having a hinderance, he was still responsive, super kind and helpful. Steve and TJ not only repaired my furnace in less than 3 hours, but also educated me on how I can maintain my unit! I was super impressed by their professionalism, response time and communication. I've lived in this home for 10 years, and NEVER has my furnace worked as well as it does due to their repair. It's pushing out more hot air, which is definitely allowing my home to be more efficiently heated. Thanks guys!

I was very impressed with this company. They installed air conditioning units on our roof at the college during 99 degree weather. And they vacuumed the carpet inside before they left. Very professional and polite!
