I have had several houses over the years, and this by FAR is the best company I have ever had. The quality and the hospitaltailty was phenomenal. The materials used have been great. When searching for services I made sure all the installers were certified through the shingle manufacturer, due to poor past experiences. The work overall was excellent and employees are beyond courteous. I have small dogs so clean up to me was very important and the clean up was spotless! I would highly recommend this company, I will always use them again.

Had a roof put on not quite a year ago. Love the look of the roof but started leaking shortly after installation. Which i am sure is common with roofs. However, it took several attempts before someone was finally sent to my house to fix it. Unfortunately, the leak soaked through the ceiling. The area of the ceiling needs replaced. When trying to notifying the company I am back to square one with never getting a response.

My experience with Michigan Roofing and Remodeling was an excellent one. Mr. Stephen Shultz was friendly, experienced and courteous. He explained the plan for our home in detail and really put our minds at ease during the entire process. His crew was highly trained, clean and punctual. My wife and I are completely satisfied with this company and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I have to say, I’ve worked in the construction business on and off my whole life, so I am always skeptical about contractors. But these guys, Mr. Boscaglia, were consummate pros. He said he was the best and proved it. I was shocked at how efficient him and his crew were. Flawless job. Perfect cleanup. Completed the job (and mine was VERY large job) a day ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Michigan Roofing if you’re in need of a new roof. These guys are great.

In 2016 Michigan Roofing and Remodeling installed me a beautiful new roof on my property in Oak Park, Michigan that I was selling. With a nee roof that came with a 15 year warranty, I am sure that it helped me reach the closing table.

After having such a great experience with the company and owner Stephen Schultz, in 2017 I had them install a new roof on my property which is located in the Boston-Edison Historic District in Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Schultz worked tirelessly to obtain approveable of our contract for the permit that was issued through the Detroit Housing Commission. I strongly recommend this company as they are professional, do quality work, use industry materials and have a great owner.

I had Michigan Roofing and remodeling reshingle my home and enclose my porch . AN AMAZING JOB. I'm a single woman and I was treated with respect and kindness. The team he had we're quick, thorough and very knowledgeable. I was kept informed of the entire process and felt at ease at all times. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have Roofing or remodeling done. You won't be disappointed.

This company and employees were awesome they came and did an excellent job of reroofing my home and installing new skylights , all at a fair price. I was very apprehensive after reading the reviews of other contractors on yelp. After hearing about Michigan Roofing by word of mouth, I decided to give them a shot. We had the most pleasant experience! Steve took care of everything for our roofing replacement. He dealt with our insurance company, gave us a great and fair price and threw in some extras for us. He was so easy to work with. Very patient and helpful when we couldn't decide which shingle to choose. He even took us around to view other homes he had done for comparison. The work looks amazing and the quality of the shingle product was far superior to our "16 year old builder roof". Clean up was fast and thorough. They came back on the spot to do some finishing work my husband requested. Our roof looks amazing and many of our neighbors compliment us. Some of our neighbors have used Michigan Roofing after we had ours done. This experience had literally no stress for us at all-no complaints. Highly recommended!!
