Christine was excellent at keeping the lines of communication open. She promptly returned phone calls and answered all of my questions.

Steve was professional from start to finish. He provided detailed photos showing the condition of my roof. I was kept informed throughout the process. The few issues we encountered, he fixed quickly and efficiently. His work ethic is impressive.

James was incredibly friendly and kind. He made sure to remove any extra debris that was left behind.

Antonio and Henry did a great job replacing my gutters. I especially appreciated Antonio’s precision and attention to detail during the measurement and installation process.

Highly recommend them. The whole process went smooth,from the estimate to the scheduling and installation. There was no pressure to make a decision on the spot during the estimate. Found a hole in the peak of my roof and contacted MHR. They provided a quote range from photos I provided to fix the issue and were out the next day. The final price was actually at the lowest end of the quote and their work was quick and they were promptly on time. They fixed some other small issue they noticed on the roof and cleared out my gutters when they were up there free of charge. At the end, the worker talked me through a couple things to keep an eye out for to prevent any further issues. All in all, a good expirience and will use them again in the future if I need any roof/gutter work.

Came out quick and gave me a quote that I thought was quite reasonable for the repair work required. They gave me an honest assessment of what needed to be fixed to do it the right way. I'm very glad I found them and that I had them come out.
I fully expected any roof company to tell me I needed the whole thing replaced. MHR said I probably have 5 years or so left on it and didn't say it needed to be replaced. They were spot-on with my own understanding of the roof condition.
Steve came out and worked in 18F - 20F and got it done quickly. Amazing. When my roof is ready for replacement, they will be my first call.

This is a great team and I can’t recommend them enough. The office staff was phenomenal, and the rest of the team did a great job. The project manager sent photos throughout the whole process and kept me in the loop. Give them a call!

The tear off and installation of my new roof and installation of the gutters was excellent! The roof looks great and there was barely and evidence they had been there. However, when they left we discovered the soffit was bent and hanging were we were unable to open the back door all the way and my backdoor screen had been bent. I immediately contact them and they came out and nailed back up the metal that was hanging. Another person came back a few days later and got the screen. He swore up and down he didn't know how it could happened and made me feel like he was accusing me of lying. No worries, he took the screen and said he would get it fixed. A month and half and several text messages saying they were bringing the screen back later, the screen was returned. The screen was not fixed. The guys said he would get the part and come back and fix it, but I haven't heard from him. I ended up ordering a replacement screen from Larson's which is what I feel they should have done in the first place.

If I could give them 10 STARS, I would!
MHR helped us when our insurance company failed to offer any help or support. They essentially booked and installed our roof on a moment's notice. The install crew was amazing. They worked diligently on a cold and rainy Saturday. The entire crew was polite and professional. They worked together as a complete unit. The job was done to our complete satisfaction.

I had a leak in my roof and Mike came out for an estimate. After inspection we agreed that it was probably the drain vent pipe boot. Surprisingly, he said he could fix it that day. He left to get supplies and then returned and started working. He found some other causes of concern and so kept working until almost 10 pm! I was impressed with his work ethic and diligence to detail and careful work! I've had a bad experience with a roofer in the past, and so when you find someone good you should tell others. I would highly recommend this roofer!

I was so pleasantly surprised with how quick they came out for an estimate (two days after contacting them.) Six days later I had a new roof installed! Michigan Home Restoration just finished a job for me with a new roof and gutters. I got three quotes and they were by far the best quote. The roofing crew led by Steve could not have been any more professional or hardworking. The cleanup was excellent, at one point the crew were on their hands and knees cleaning up and that is very important.The gutter crew did a fantastic job and they could not have been nicer. Tim the owner is very professional, honest and forthright. Tim is another reason I went with his company. I would highly recommend these guys for home roof and gutter installation.
