I highly recommend Michael Kisner Construction LLC. Michael built around 350 sqft deck over a walkout basement with U-turn stair. His construction methods, design features and attention to details are awesome. My deck is designed safe, well built, looks good and will last long. He does not nickel and dime for minor changes. He is very flexible in his schedule to coordinate with other contractors. He also thinks about and implements design improvements from his last project. I trust and respect a highly skilled person who has mindset of continuous excellence.

Mr. Kisner is very particular about his finished product. He handled everything from A to Z professionally. To my amazement, and also the neighbors, he contsructed our deck in December ... he's a true Minnesotan! Michael did a full deck remodel for my family last summer. He was courteous and patient with all our requests. Our deck was in very poor condition, being originally built with cheap soft wood, scratched from years of wear and tear and had a massive stability issue due to several heaving pilons. Mike provided great options for the project was able to turn our napkin diagrammed idea into reality. Mike started early and worked late to make sure the project was done as quickly as materials allowed. When you review the finished product you can tell he takes great pride in the work he does!

I have nothing but good things to say about Michael Kisner Construction! He added a deck to our above ground pool and I'm super happy with the whole process... he listened to me when we did the bid, adjusted the plan as I requested, asked for my opinion when needed and beat his estimate by a day!! He was professional, showed up when he said he would, and gave me a very fair price. Would definitely recommend and will use again if the need arises.
