Josh and the team at Bitz Exteriors are wonderful. Josh is truly master at his craft. The team designed and installed our gutters within a day before all this rain! The craftsmen ship is top notch. I trust Josh and Bitz Exteriors to do all my exterior work.

We had bitz exteriors replace a window last summer due to it leaking whenever it rained resulting in water stains to the trim. We paid extra to have the trim around the window replaced because of the water spots. After a few rain falls we checked the window to find it was leaking again. We reached out to them and they came out to fix where it was leaking but we still have the trim with water stains on it for something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place (it was the same spot where it was leaking prior to having the window replaced). The caulking job around the window was also very poorly done as you can see in the picture I attached. Very disappointing!

We are so happy with our new roof! Josh and Danielle were great through the entire process with communication and specific details about what was being done each step of the way. Josh stopped by several times to make sure everything was going well and met with us after the roof was completed too. We would highly recommend this company!

We had Bitz replace our roof after hail damage, recommended by Jarrod Peterson's "Jarrod Recommends" tab on his website. Bitz is awesome, they really took time to help us understand what was going on, advocated for us with our insurance company to get full coverage for all fixes, and they were professional with being personable. I can't think of a better experience I've had hiring a contractor.

For the past three years my bay window has been sagging away from my house after not being anchored properly. It has been some chilly winters from the windows not shutting all the way. After thinking enough is enough, I googled window repair and came across Josh's exteriors company. From the get-go, he wasn't selling me, he was informing me and was very transparent. I scheduled an appointment with him and on location, he gave me an outline of the work he was going to do and why he was going to do it. All for a reasonable estimate. Now that the work is done, my windows are able to shut properly and it looks professionally done (because it is.) Thank you again!!

Josh is pretty much everything you’d want from a contractor: reliable, hard-working, skilled, honest, straight-forward, delivers a quality product, and stands behind his work. Even though our job was small, Josh and Danielle made us feel like their most important customer, and went above and beyond to ensure we’d have an excellent result. And we did! On top of that, Josh and Danielle were friendly and warm!
