I can not say enough good things about Heartland Painting. They removed wallpaper (which became a much more difficult task than expected) and then painted. Although the whole job took 1.5 days longer than anticipated, they were here each day and worked so hard and diligently!! Luke, our painter, was absolutely THE BEST...kind, considerate, thankful to us for our patience, hard working, friendly...and the list goes on. Heartland painting did an excellent job painting two walls in our basement. Our painter, Brett Ness, was here exactly on schedule! The painting was done quickly, no mess for me to cleanup & furniture they moved was back in place! Would highly recommend them!

Working with Heartland Painting to paint my ceiling went really well. The price was reasonable and they explained different ways to fix some cracks and stains. Let me start by saying this Review is Long Overdue...
I've been a customer of Heartland Painting for the past few years and the work is second to none.
My house has natural wood Garage doors, shingles , wood deck and wood accents everywhere inside and out.
The previous owners had this house custom built, and they specifically chose to use hardwood predominantly on this entire house.
It's mostly stained ( not painted ) and I knew when I made the decision to purchase this house there would be an incredible amount of continuous maintenance that came along with it.
Knowing this type of work was beyond me, I was really nervous about buying it.
The truth is, it's absolutely beautiful and we loved it, so we just did it.
Finding a good house painter isn't easy, finding a good wood finisher is almost impossible - I have horror stories.
Erics first job here was very tough.
He basically had to undo, what the simpletons that
worked on my house before him had done...
What a Nightmare. It was Brutal.
The good news is, Eric has an AMAZING team working with him.
They're incredibly talented, and they love what they do.

It's nice to have someone show up to your house with a smile on his face because he loves his profession , and he's great at what he does. Very Cool Guy and does unbelievable work.
Jessie - Next level woodworker. I have a wood front door that I've had quotes of $9,000, and up to $12,000 dollars to replace.
Jessie SAVED that door. It wasn't easy. I have pictures of the whole process, It's F***'n Beautiful.
My wood deck - It's gorgeous now.
They sanded it to bare wood and used stain that brings out the natural grain - I can't believe how good it came out.
( The people who had this house built obviously couldn't find descent woodworkers either ).
Heartland has painted and done maintenance on the woodwork inside my house as well - same attention to detail, smooth clean work. Beautiful.
Eric ( the owner ) is a very fair guy and he'll go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the finished product...
Very easy to work with and talk to - all around good guy.
You'll never feel taken for granted, or that you didn't get your money's worth with Heartland.
( Side Note - Right before my deck was scheduled to be stained, I tore my rotator cuff and couldn't lift my arm.
I have incredibly heavy deck furniture, smoker, grill, etc.
ALL REALLY HEAVY STUFF - I don't like things that aren't well made.
The point is, Eric came with someone and cleared my deck for me.
2 flights downstairs and the stairs have banisters, so everything has to be lifted above the rails to get it down...
I've done it with my nephew and it's brutal.
That's the kind of guy Eric is. Thank you Buddy !
Safe to say I'm a loyal customer ,
and I plan on being one for the duration .

This past December we had Brett from Heartland Painting paint our kitchen ceiling and walls. The result was simply amazing! We LOVE our old/new 47 year old kitchen!! A few weeks ago we invited Brett back to paint the ceilings and walls of our dining and living room as well as the hall. They use top quality paint. The paint coverage and the straight lines between ceiling and walls was perfect. We appreciate this Company for several reasons: quality paint, painters that go through several interviews to pass the test, super communication and EVERYONE is so friendly! ** Next job: the exterior. Mike and Tyler did a beautiful job painting our living room, dining room and hallway. They were courteous, timely, professional, clean and kind. There was one area of sheet rock that got missed from being patched and painted. Mike came back a couple days later to take care of it. I trust them fully.

Heartland has put together a huge professional packet of information they give at the first visit. I would recommend them any time. Their pricing is very reasonable, and the paint is included. They use Sherwin Williams best paint.

I contacted 9 painting companies and Heartland was only one of two companies to return my call. No one else even bothered to call back. The other company would not even stop by to give me an estimate. Heartland did a great job with what I needed done and their communication was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Started my journey a year ago. I was working on an insurance claim when I decided to change the color of my house. Turned out soooo beautiful. The team was always in touch, the painters were careful and attentive to the small details. Follow up was prompt and polite. I went from a sad beige yellow to a crisp and modern light gray. See the transformation.

The crew did a fabulous job painting my whole house last week. They were quick and efficient they cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job on the trim, and the trim was especially difficult because I had my garage doors painted two different colors and they did a great job straight nice lines. I recommended them to my neighbor, and she's having some painting done also. Scott was also very good to work with that Heartland painting. I can't say enough about how good Lori was the scheduler she was so on top of it it's a very difficult job.

I'm satisfied with the work and would hire them again.

I was nervous about this project as I have 33 year old cedar siding but as you can see for yourself they pulled it off nicely and did great work. I like that Eric the owner is a local guy with good references and Jesse his project manager maintained good communication. They also move things up to get to the job in before I had another contractor coming in to complete a porch project which was key. Thanks guys!

Dan Morehouse was the crew leader from Heartland painting who recently painted the first floor of my townhome. He was always on time. We chose Heartland Painting from St. Cloud MN to paint our exterior stucco house. Right from the start we knew we would like them as Eric was willing to do what ever pleased us and kept in contact with us throughout the project. They did a GREAT job.! They covered all the windows, soffits, outdoor furniture, removed light fixtures and put everything back. The paint job looks amazing and the crew was so friendly and easy to work with. Heartland Painting did an excellent job in transforming our outdated fireplace, mantle and hearth. They also painted the interior of our home and our oak shelving/bookcase earlier in the year. We are extremely happy with the entire transformation! It was close to Christmas so Jesse went the extra mile and even hung my winter wreath. The painter crew of brothers definitely clean up the space when leaving for the day and we havent found a drip/drop of paint. Eric, Lori and team are also exceptionally easy to work with. Incredibly professional! Painting is one of those things that people think is easy to DIY. It would’ve taken me 30 hours to do what they did in a day. I was able to continue working and do what I do best, and leave the painting to the pros. After it was finished, I was so happy to spend the weekend making memories with my children instead of hiring a babysitter so I could paint. 10/10 experience.
