Metro Gutter and Home Services Inc - Augusta Springs, VA

We couldn’t be more pleased with Metro Gutter and Home Services. The gutter at the top of our four-story townhouse was unattached. We called Metro Gutter, and they came out within days (on a Friday) to give us an estimate for the repair. There was NO heavy sell for replacing the gutter! Yay! We were given an appointment for the repair to be done on Monday. HOWEVER, we got a call that they had an unexpected opening the same day as the estimate. So they came out later that afternoon, and the gutter is reattached. We are very happy with their services, and their representatives were all very professional.

Metro Gutter is GREAT. They have done roof work and some other exterior work for me in the past. But twice a year, they also clean my gutters. Emmanuel comes each time and is thoughtful as well as professional and good. There is nothing left in my downspouts or gutters when he leaves. But I really appreciate his kindness as well. Good value too.

Dillion and Tony did a great job to fix the open gutters and remove bird nest . The closed all the opening and they are very responsible.. pricing is good and I would recommend metro gutters for anyone looking for gutter work ..

Metro Gutter has been cleaning our gutters for years. They are professional and honor the specific request we made about how we want our gutters cleaned. They also clean up around the house after they are done. Always pleasant to work with!

Gutter cleaning. Expensive based on average cost in my area and I have a small townhome. Was able to get same day service, though.

I had Metro out for some gutter cleaning, gutter repair, and minor siding repair to a new home. They had a super fair price, were prompt, and were easy to work with. The employee who came out to gave me an estimate was pretty honest about future work he thinks will need done, but didn't push selling it, suggesting we just do some repairs in the meantime and keep an eye on the gutter system after moving in and going through some different rains. This was much appreciated.

We contracted with Metro Gutter to replace our roof. We were provided with a couple estimates based on what we believed we wanted done and each one was very clear and easy to understand. When the day arrived to replace the roof, they were professional and worked very efficiently. They did what they said they would do and were very pleasant to work with.

Metro home services responded very quickly to my calls with an estimate. They arrived the next day to repair my siding that ihad blown off the house in a storm. Dylan was very courteous and completed the work quickly and even caulked a light that was letting water leak under the siding. I would recommend this company

They helped me with a nasty gutter issue. I got quotes from some handymen, but I'm glad I went with these guys. They actually fixed my issue.

We've engaged Metro Gutter around 20-25 times in the past 7 years. As we live in a high tree density area, we had them cleaning our gutters and washing our skylights 5-6 times per year. They've also done some small roof and gutter repairs for us. In 2020, we finally agreed with their Raindrop gutter guard recommendation/installation. The guards have worked so well that, unfortunately, we haven't needed their services more than once a year since. In 2022, we added a new roofline addition and had MG once again install the Raindrop gutter guard system. They were kind enough to reuse all the previous guards we had from our prior installation. Top rate. First class. They show up on time and perform the job as specified. Highly recommend.

I have been using them for years. We purchased new larger gutters from them a few years ago too. They do a good job, reasonable prices and they are very clean.

Today, replaced trim board, fixed a gutter that a tree limb fell on, removed an unused satellite dish and replaced a piece of siding. Great guys, good work. I will definitely call them again.

The technician was very thorough in power washing/cleaning the siding for the entire house, power washing my porch and steps, my driveway and the sidewalk in front of my home, all which have a spiffy new look, now! The work was done thoroughly. My chimney was cleaned, also, but not as thoroughly as I would have liked it to be. Overall, a very impressive job!

These people do first class work on gutters, roofs and most anything you need that requires ladders, skill and knowledge. Highly recommended.
