I had my roof replace, because of hail and Erinn and his team did an awesome job. The material was delivered on time. The roofers came right away and did the job in 1 day. They cleaned everything up.
The inspection was done by Aurora. The inspector came out and said, the roof was really well done. I would use metro city roofing again. Hopefully, not too soon.

My roof was damaged by a huge hail storm. I had a horrible insurance policy so I was paying the majority of the replacement costs. I met with a half dozen roofing contractors. Ryan from Metro City Roofing was the best by far. Ryan was very knowledgeable about roofing and explained the process in a clear and understandable way. Ryan was very transparent on pricing, worked with my insurance company to get more costs covered and managed his time and crew in a very professional manner. I was informed of timing all through the process. The roofing crew was professional and respectful. Ryan always returned calls, texts and emails quickly. I hired Metro City Roofing to take care of my hail damage claim: roofing, windows, gutters, paint. One window arrived broken, another window was put in without grids: when I told them to put the old one back, they drove away. It took weeks to get these problems fixed. The GC wasn't on site for these installations. At one point, he even suggested that I just deal with the subcontractor myself! This was HIS guy! For painting, he just emailed a painter with my name, gave me his number, and left me to deal with it. I don't even know which areas of the house the claim covers. Sloppy work (see photo): had I known then what I know now, I would never have signed with them. I regret my decision, and cannot recommend them.

Like most folks in CO, we got in touch with Metro City Roofing to replace our roof after a hail storm, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. They were able to schedule us and get everything done within a couple weeks of the insurance assessment. Ryan came out personally to meet with the assessor and ensure they were on the same page, despite the fact that the assessment was only a couple days after we'd first reached out.

One of the most amazing things about this company is what /didn't/ happen. Everyone they worked with arrived on time, which includes folks uninstalling and reinstalling our solar panels, the gutter replacement, and of course installation of the shingles themselves. No one was late, and there were no unforeseen issues that resulted in changes in price. We just agreed on a timeline and the work to be done, and they did it.

Oh man, you're still with me. That's good, because I have one more thing to gush about. The phrase 'above and beyond' is thrown around a lot, usually by skeevy salespeople. But I believe that definitely applies in this case. They removed a dish that we no longer used (even though it wasn't attached to the part of the roof that was being replaced), installed those little downspout extender things that inspectors always tell you a house should have but none of them do (we're super bougie now), and even added hooks to hold the extenders up and out of the way when they're not in use!

That's it, I'm done. Go with this company, random internet stranger. I promise you won't regret it.

Metro City Roofing replaced the storm damaged roof on our home in Broomfield. Jonathn Abramson met with our insurance adjustor and helped him to see the damage and identify the storm when the damage occurred (within the time parameters required by our insurance company). Without Jonathan's knowledge and persistence, I am not sure the adjustor would have agreed to replace our roof. Jonathan continued to work through the insurance company to get the approval for highly rated material that has now earned us a discount on our homeowner's insurance. The work crew did a great job on installation and cleaned up more than just roofing debris when the job was finished! I highly recommend Metro City Roofing!

I was deep in the muck with a bunch of storm chasers bidding on my roof following a hail storm. The prices were all over the map and their sales pressure was intense. Luckily, I got a referral to Metro City Roofing from my next door neighbor. I didn't even know they had their roof replaced, and it turns out, that was the point! Metro is extremely fast and clean. They made sure my neighbor's project didn't disturb me and I was happy to know that my project would not disturb them. Metro handled the entire insurance claim, remained patient with me while I considered different materials, and found ways for me to affordably make a few improvements. I recommend these guys 100% and would buy anything they want to sell me in the future!

Jonathan was my advocate to get my roof replaced several years ago. State Farm inspected and declined my claim. Jonathan did not take no for an answer, pressed the insurance company to go to arbitration, and won. He got my new roof fully paid for replacement. The crew was also great. I also own a nearby rental home - and Jonathan's been out several times to inspect but has not recommended filing an insurance claim. He’s honest not pushing for business. I found Metro City Roofing through the 5 star google reviews. I was desperate. We had cracked furnace jacks that were leaking and had caused a mold problem, and needed more soffit and attic vents added desperately. Our previous roofers, Core Contractors of Denver, had ghosted us during the quote process and just stopped responding to texts and calls.

When I contacted Metro City Roofing outside business hours, I got a response the following morning, and a few days later Ryan was on our roof and giving us clear and comprehensive quotes. Ryan responded to my texts and calls at a hours and worked around our complex scheduling needs.

There is a reason Metro city roofing has all 5 star reviews & it’s because they are the best roofing company in Colorado. MCR got done what 3 other roofing companies couldn’t do. I had roof hail damage, was selling my house & my insurance didn’t want to pay, 3 other roofing companies said I would have to pay $15k out of pocket to get the work completed. Ryan with metro city got it all fixed for only my deductible & got my insurance to pay. Plus they got it all done in 2 weeks including solar panels removed/reinstalled. They even inspected the roof on my new house and fixed a small hole that could have turned into a big problem. If I ever need roof work done I will go to MCR.

My wife and I were in the process of moving to a new home. During the inspection it was found that the roof had hail damage although the inspector only submitted 4 photos of the damage. I want to share my amazing experience with Metro City Roofing. Many houses in my neighborhood were having their roofs replaced, so I contacted Metro City Roofing to inspect my roof. Ryan recommended I file an insurance claim. The insurance adjuster was on the roof for no more than 60 seconds when he told me there was no hail damage. When my insurance company officially denied my claim, Ryan and Jonathan told me not to worry and that we would prevail through appraisal. In the end, the result was exactly as they said. My insurance company paid for the entire roof replacement. During the roof replacement, Ryan was on-site to manage everything and the crew did a great job to keep my home free of nails and discarded roofing materials. And my new roof looks great.

It’s easy to give a good review when everything goes as planned. But some projects have lots of challenges and then you really know how good your contractor is. We had our roof replaced by Metro City Roofing (MCR) and the project was problematic in all sorts of ways. Through all of it
Ryan (project manager) and Jonathon (owner) were patient helpful problem solvers even though the problems weren’t their fault. They stood by their work and didn’t ask for payment until all the issues were fixed, which included multiple weather delays. We are so pleased with our finished roof, but even more impressed with the professionalism displayed by MCR.
