Be warned!!!

We recently discovered water damage and mold in our home and after several professional investigations and repairs, it was discovered that Sauve incorrectly installed the flashing on our roof, which is how water was able to get into our home and cost thousands$$$ in damages

Of course they won’t respond to me when I reach out to them.

During the installation of a roof, the workers broke our sprinkler vacuum breaker, and broke a lot of branches on our bushes. It cost $1050 to replace the vacuum breaker. I spoke to Nick and he said he would review the situation and get back to me about the sprinkler, but that trashed landscaping was to be expected. Never heard from him again. Am planning on taking them to small claims court.

I have known Nick for a long time but used him recently as a customer on a roofing project. Even with how busy they are due to recent hailstorm, they met our deadline and he has been super responsive whenever we reached out regardless of time of day. I was very happy with the work.

This company was recommended to us by our insurance provider. They were very prompt in their response and completed the roofing job in a day. The work was inspected during and after completion, as per law and Nick was very responsive when asked questions. The price was lower than another company we were using for other work and provided the same quality. Finally, we received a veteran/law enforcement discount to offset the charge for using a credit card, which I am very happy about! I would recommend this company to all who need their roof replaced.

What a fantastic experience! We got our hail damaged roof done recently. Bradley was always on point with communications and came out to work with the insurance adjuster when they came out to assess the damage . The team worked closely with the insurance company ensuring that the costs to bring it up to code where covered. I had shingles up on the roof within a week. The installation crew was wonderful did a solid job on the installation, made all the vents look great and WOW on the clean up job! Best experience we have had working with contractors and will be calling them on all future jobs.

I worked with TJ and his crew on acquiring a new roof for my home. I was pleased with the attention given as well as TJ's ability to work with my insurance company. Sauve Construction sealed, painted, took the old gutters off & put new gutters on (even in places there were no gutters before). They did a great job! They took time to answer questions and make sure I was happy with everything in the end. They wouldn't accept my final payment until I was fully satisfied. It's nice to work with a company that wants to do right by their customers, cares and is reliable. Their subcontractors who did the painting & gutters were fast & efficient and cleaned up afterwords. The painter was very meticulous! Thank you Sauve Construction!! I plan to work with you in the future on my other house projects!!

Ryan and his crew were great to work with. Ryan was friendly, prompt and easy to talk to. He explained what was wrong with my roof and what my options were. His crew showed up on time and left my property clean, as they found it. Ryan even took the time to follow up to make sure everything was satisfactory. I am very pleased with both the work and service!
