The salesman was very informative. He explained in detail on the condition of my roof. He was very nice and professional. The MetalMan roof is definitely the way to go but unfortunately it was out of my budget range.

Thorough and professional roof insp . Checked attic for water and heat damage . Detailed and professional presentation of products and company . Metal roofing was out of my budget .

Good info brought lots of samples had all paperwork ready to go. Answered all questions. Right on time was very personable as well as knowledgeable.. Nothing like all the others roofing companies i found incompetent compared to this company.so far so good. Will leave another review after roof is done. Think you metal man

Not worth the over 6 hours of over high pressure sales woman. Didn't do a good job, never completed, mess created left alot behind. Took siding off of home, then we could never get hold of them to put it back on, or clean up the garbage they left behind. Not happy with the roof at all. Were totally snowballed by the financing, since we were never signed anything for the financing. I could go on and on about the negative.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and very helpful and represents the company well. We are not able to work with the company right now. If we are in the position to do so we will.

Jay was very good at educating us on Metal Man. He helped us get to a good price we were comfortable with. Very proficient and to the point.

We went another way because the price was too high for the job. Looks like Fantastic product. We will be calling them back in the future for other projects. Thank you.

BJ Hansen came to give us a quote. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend working with him if you are in the market for a new roof.

Getting ready to replace our old roof and they were very knowledgeable about their products and the costs involved. Gave us great service and were willing to work around our busy schedules.

Well they came out and did my roof. But the quality that I expect isn't what I expected. After it's done it doesn't look flat it has ripples and waves on the roof. It's not flat like every other house I see. And the ventilation is not enough up there and strong feeling I will have problems down the road. They were so supposed replace bad boards underneath the shingles before put on shingles. And we paid to much money for their work. Good sales man pitch to get us to have them do the job. They told us that we got your back and we will take care of you. I paid for third-party for a different roofing company. Instead of their own crew. I made a big mistake for them to do the job. I will not recommend them to
anyone. I am not satisfied customer.

Well I am still waiting for them to make an effort to call me. After they get with me to make it right for me. They say stuff and they lied to me. Nice sales pitch and they talked me out with another roofing company. Still they say they will make right for US. But still have not done it yet. I recommend no use then. Over price on their work and materials.

The sales person that came to the house was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and explained the product and the installation process.

Morris met with us and shared what he thought would enhance the look of our home. We are pleased with the decision. We have been over-all pleased with the project and would use MetalMan again, but often we wondered what was taking the roofers so long to complete the project and a language barrier prevented us from knowing. We would have appreciated more communication originated by MetalMan to keep us up to date on the progress.

I was completely impressed with the professionalism of the meeting I had with your representative. He took the time to answer my questions & explain in great detail the whole process of not only the installation but also the quality of the products that are used.
He also got on the roof & provided the pictures of the existing roof with an explanation of what each one meant.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to meet the financial requirements. That does not mean the process is completely over. I have decided that this is what I want and I will try my darndest to get what I need to complete it.

The presentation by Mike was top notch. Great product but not ready to commit the resources required to make the deal.

My presenter was on time, open and honest, Avery articulate, and knew what he was talking about. He helped to work out a good price for me. Now all I need to do is finance it. He answered my questions clearly and honestly. I am impressed with the quality of the materials he showed me and his explanation of how they are used. I am working on getting the financing for the new roof.

Getting more quotes but was very pleased with the presentation and quality of MetalMan products, Dan was very helpful with all questions asked .

I feel like even though I purchased this over rated roof. The Salesman were here for over 5 hours. One of the salesman isn't even with this company anymore. I feel this sales pitch is nothing but a big lie now that the roof has been installed. My honest opinion I would never recommend this company to anyone else .I feel this was very unprofessionally done. I only had a so called supervisor show up at this job to see if everything was good or not. That was after the roofers left. He said he would be back and never came. I still wait after almost 4 weeks for a salesman or supervisor to show up. They sure wanted their money fast but are slow to clean up and repair items that are wrong. They stole my money from us but never again.

Jake Thomas was the absolute best. We learned so much about our roofing requirements. He has the best personality to show the positive aspects of your company. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

J.R. came out to my home to give me a quote.He was extremely professional and thorough and showed me the benefits of using metal to protect my home I recommend metal man to anyone that is looking for the best roof to protect there home.

We Had them come out and put a roof on my dad’s house they were rude and had no Respect they treated my sister like she didn’t know what she was doing we’re thinking. The roof is leaking and they’re not coming back to fix any of the damage around the house they created. I would not use this company two of my dog house

He came he took pictures, he gave me his presentation and he finally got to the amount he quoted me $101,281. He called “his manager” to negotiate price and they wouldn’t budge. Told him he could leave with his estimate. He gave me the form for the $25 gift card however the form states you have to purchase or paid in full so they aren’t giving anyone a gift card for their time.scary to think they only need one to stay in business and they are gouging like this.

I called MetalMan roofing to get a quote, I was not told this was going to be a long presentation. When the salesman got here (I was expecting a roofer not a salesman) he let me know it would take 60-90 minutes which I thought was odd considering a different roofer had told me it would take about 15 to 20 minutes when he stops by, but that's fine people do things differently. He spent 1 hour going looking at our roof, taking pictures, and putting numbers together, then he stepped inside to discuss things with us. I was immediately put off by the sales tactics, and the longer he went the more blatant the sales tactics got. I spent years in sales, even door to door sales, I've never seen such high pressure sales as I did with this roofer salesman, he was using guilt and manipulation the entire time, his presentation was so heavily laden with these high pressure tactics that really I wasn't sure that I'd take it even if it was a decent price. I was getting tired of how long this was going on for and when he asked me another manipulative question I asked what the price was, he just said he was getting there. I already had a number in mind for what I was willing to spend on a roof, we have a very small house and as such do not have much roof to replace, a brief quote from a different metal roofing company let me know they could do it for less than $10k but he still needed to run the numbers for an exact price. When this salesman finally got to the price just the trim on our house was going to cost $12k! The total project was going to come to $50k but that was if we signed right then otherwise it would be $60k. He said we could pay with a check or setup a payment plan of $1200 per month. Both my husband and I very clearly said we did not have that type of money, we were not interested and asked him to leave. HE WOULD NOT LEAVE! He kept trying to sell us on this outrageously priced roof! He was still trying to guilt us, he was looking at us like we were dumb for not wanting to go with his product, and even after telling him to leave he was asking me if I wanted to write a check. He even offered to lower the price down to somewhere between $20-$30k, but if that was even an option then why did he start with twice that price? Really seems like they are trying to swindle people. I opened the door and told him it was time for him to go, he did not. I left the room to let my husband handle kicking this man out of my house, 10 minutes later I returned and he was still there! My next step was to seriously call the police on this man that would not leave my house after he had been asked to. Thankfully it didn't come to that and he finally left after giving us a paper saying we'd get a $25 gift card for our time, which really really wasn't worth it. He was there for a total of 2 hours, that was after spending 15 minutes attempting to kick him out. Talking with another roofer about this, he asked me if it was MetalMan roofing, apparently others have had the same experience. This company is horrible, I would never recommend getting a bid from them!

I’m sure there roofs are top notch, that being said.... I’ve had 8 bids on my roof, most for asphalt shingles. The person that came to my house was very nice, but they are trained to come into your house so they can “sell” you. After 1 hour of him pitching the roof he came in with an offer for 72k dollars... over 7X the price of EVERY other offer. I don’t care if this roof lasts until 2999, that’s way high. If they had even mentioned right from the beginning that it was going to be over 25k We both could have saved 2 hours. Yes he stayed for an hour after that to try and talk me into it.... these guys actually want you to sign the papers in their first visit. But don’t worry, if you can’t pay for it up front they will offer you a 2.5 MONTHLY interest rate... don’t worry that’s only like 30% annual interest rate...

Kyle and Richard were wonderful with everything. They went the extra mile getting funding and when we found out our resources wouldn't hold over time they were good about that too. I would recommend MetalMan to anyone and these two men.

We met with John T. for a consultation on getting a new roof. He was really friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He thoroughly explained everything the company had to offer and we were extremely impressed.

We had Devin from MetalMan Roofing come out the other nught and shared with us what we would get with having Metalman roofing do our roof. My wife and I really like the comprehensive presentation that was given for our house. He went over everything from venting, roofing and flashing. He showed us sever areas of our roof that was needing repair. We would have signed up if our budget could handle the payments.

Kyle stone came to my home anx gave me a bid on a new metal roof .he did a great job representing the company and I'm very impressed with the product
