Since writing this review, the owner reached out to me personally, to see what he/they could do to give them another chance. I have to admire and commend the effort that he put into making his business better. I bumped it from a 1 start to a four star until I can get back in store and see if they redeem themselves. I believe in local businesses, and I believe they want to thrive and grow.

I thought I found a new place to buy steel locally without driving into Dallas. I guess I was wrong.
I am fine with a cut fee, I drove a pickup today without a trailer. I also planned for this today and brought a little porta-band. What surprised me was when they told me that I couldn’t cut the tubing on the property. They have to deliver the tubing outside the gate for me to cut it myself. Of course this is posted no where. And when I checked out the salesperson said nothing of this. So they will take your money, but you can’t strap down your material in their yard, you have to do it along side the highway where people are going 75mph. But they are just fine with me risking my safety so I don’t inconvenience them. Appreciate that!

Waited almost two weeks for our metal for a building. Was told 4 different times it would be here the next day. Finally canceled our order. We drove here from Missouri to help put the building up. Very dissatisfied with the service. Headed back home and no metal to finish the project.

Great people to work with, staff is amazing, all the sales reps are friendly and willing to accommodate any needs, guys in the shop will knock your trim and sheet metal out in a flash. Getting loaded is a breeze with the yard guys and when it gets backed up it seems as if it’s all hands on deck and they will pull everyone out into the yard to get everyone on their way! Need it delivered? They have a great driver that will always be intouch with you from start to finish and puts the material exactly where you want it, they will even deliver in the early early morning hours so no one is waiting on material. I definitely recommend Metal Warehouse for all your needs and they will do everything to find a way to get it done.

Todd was the best and easiest person to deal with. He had engineered plans for easy building and helped when we kept adding on to our project. Will definitely be back for metal for other projects in the future.

Metal Wear House has the best semi driver with the upmost talent and skill to get into the near impossible tight place to offload my materials. He arrived early even before metal wearhouse operating hours. With that said my works can get started at the crack of daylight making my job easy, smooth and accomplish a good days work. Asked for a quote and spoke to a gentleman named Todd. He quickly responded and provided me with a quote. Todd was very well mannered and polite in letting me know what was available.
