Great place to do business with. It was a mistake in my order and I received the wrong material but we got it straightened out and resolved in a very professional way I'll do business with metal mart of Jonesboro anytime
If you HAVE to do business with this place, be prepared for you to have missing items, incorrect measurements, not be told when your order is ready and a whole slew of other issues. Yvette has got to be one of the most rude people working in any kind of industry that deals with customers. She interrupts, doesn't listen to a word you're saying, and LIES like you wouldn't believe in order to make out like she wasn't in the wrong. After MULTIPLE trips there because of issues, I got ONE apology and this was from the guy that bends the metal...wasn't really his job to apologize for their mistakes, yet he was the only one that did. This place is AMAZINGLY horrible. Stay away at all costs.
Their reply is interesting given MULTIPLE untrue statements. The biggest being I’ve never been associated with a “Michael.” Just shows how organized they aren’t.
