I had a pretty unbelievable experience with this company. These cleaners completely ruined the face of our brand new sub-zero refrigerator. I have no clue what they used to clean the fridge, but I left the morning they were scheduled to clean and the fridge was fine. When I came home for lunch that day, the very first thing I noticed were new scratches all over the stainless panel on the refrigerator and the cleaners had just left. My husband immediately contacted the owner to let them know what happened (literally within an hour of them leaving). They blew off his phone call for a week, then they finally sent someone to the house to look at the damage, who then attempted to blame our nanny for the scratches. Our nanny does not clean our home. After a month of attempting to blow this off and not follow up with us, they sent my husband an insane email essentially accusing him of lying and saying we must have damaged our own refrigerator. As a fellow small business owner, I was horrified by this level of customer service and I’d expect to be out of business fast if I ran my business this way. They have absolutely no integrity, and $900 later I’ve bought myself a new stainless panel for my refrigerator. Best of luck if you use this company.

Molly is fantastic. She and her crew continue to do a wonderful job for me. As a second home, I appreciate the care and concern Molly has shown letting me know of issues I may not know about, such as texting a picture of broken roof tiles after a big storm. She goes above and beyond.
