This is just a few pictures from the $32,000 nightmare that took place on my house. While I have repeatedly asking to speak to the owner. With no response. He probably does not know that his employees are total screw ups . While his estimator/salesperson Delbert offers false information to obtain money.. Delbert Hensley tried to convince me that this was the way the roof should look. Delbert insured me this was quality work. What a joke. I got on the roof to find this nightmare. Delbert shame on you.
If someone knows Melvin please have him call me. My phone number is on the contracts. I find it hard to believe that the owner would allow such.

I had two roofs installed in February. As expected, the quality of the work seems to be holding up as well as the sheet metal encasing around the chimney. I had a roof installed by Mr. Morgan 25 years ago and had been very happy with the workmanship and professionalism.

I received the quotes and asked for one roof to be done first due to the cost and urgency of one over the other. With no notification whatsoever, the crews showed up at both properties on the same day within an hour of one another. The installer called me asking for directions to one property and the tenant from the other property called stating the roofers were there.

While the receptionist was apologetic, Mr. Morgan did not offer a discount (even though I asked) due to the inconvenience to me and my tenants. The situation became an emergency pulling me away from my job (at a very busy time) and my tenants away from their jobs and out of bed after working a night shift in an unexpected way.

I felt a bit harassed as I received a few emails stating the payment was not received within the week the work was completed. They put me in a financial bind, it took me a few days to pull the monies together in order to pay in full for two roofs and for my bank to mail the payment the next week.

My experience was totally unprofessional and somewhat predatory!

One of the most respected and professional companies in the area. They really make sure each job is done to customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend. Their years in business speak for themselves.

They installed the flashing around a part of my roof incorrectly and it immediately started leaking with each driving rain we had. When they came back out to fix it, they just caulked around it as a temporary fix. When it started leaking again, it was outside of warranty and they wouldn't honor it. If you go with them, just hope that you never need post-work support. I would not recommend this roofing company. For the amount it costs to put a new roof on, I would the company to stand by their product more than this...

This company is not what they claim to be. My wife and I choose them because they advertised themselves as a Christian company on Christian radio. The estimate they gave was initially good, but when the roof went on they claimed it didn't cover putting the siding back on my house. That cost me an additional $2000. I had to call them back for repairs on my house 3 times, and the last one was a vent boot leak which destroyed the textured ceiling in my kitchen. They refuse to repair the damage and the owner won't return any of my calls. DON'T BE FOOLED, this company took my money, did not provide a decent roof, and then ran from the damage they caused.
