Charlie handled our hail claim with our adjuster. We could not have been more pleased as he took the hassle out of us dealing with insurance adjusters. Great roof and great customer service! We would definitely use his services again!

We got hit by a straight line windstorm that caused siding, roofing, and fencing damage. We had a few quotes and the best option was working with Meckna Home Improvement. Lisa and Charlie communicated with us so well and helped us navigate the insurance system too. They and their crew worked so hard to get everything done faster than we expected, and it looks great. I especially enjoyed seeing their best boy Goofy who is dearly missed!

Our area was hit hard by hail, and hundreds of houses needed new roofs, siding, etc. My sister highly recommended Charlie, and we were not disappointed! His crew worked from sun-up to sundown, were respectful to our property and flowers, and cleaned up each night. Our boring white house was transformed with a beautiful new roof, siding, and window wraps. Charlie went to bat for us with our insurance company, as well, as the initial job was only going to be replacing some of the siding. Thank goodness he did, too, as we had some wood rot behind the siding where water had infiltrated. Lastly, Charlie came back over several days to put wood panels up to improve the aesthetic of the back porch. We live on a parade route in our town and want our house to shine. Charley has done a bathroom remodel, made main floor laundry for me. He fixed the walls in one of my bedrooms that had cracks from setting, painted the room & replaced the carpet.. He also replaced my roof about 10 years ago. He replaced my front porch about 8 years ago. He keeps his work area as clean as he can for construction work. He does what he says he's going to do. I highly recommend!
