KO Roofing did a GREAT job on our home and garage. We had a new roof, and siding! Adam and Josh are great!!! And the workers are so nice and did a awesome job!! They cleaned up everything after they were done! Very good workers!! I would def recommend them!!!!! You wont be disappointed!!!!! We are just so happy with how our home looks! Great company and excellent crew that did our roof. First time I’ve ever had a contractor crew show up early for a job! They kept things cleaned up as they went and did an sexcellenr job on final clean up. 100% recommend . They also took care of some odds ends jobs for us from storm damage. Type of company that really wants to help people and doesn’t pass things off as “someone else job”.

Josh, Nate, Travis, Demarcus and the rest of the fine folks at KO Roofing took care of me when other companies would not or chose not to.
Josh specifically went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of both from the insurance side of things (which was especially helpful because my insurance company was fighting me on the repairs) and ensured that I received a quality product for the costs that were associated. There wasn't a time when I asked a question or asked for an update that Josh didn't get back with me or have another member of the crew stop by.
Nate and Demarcus came out to the repair/replacement of the roof and gutters several times during the process and both they and Josh went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were not only proper but looked amazing as well. While I can't say the process was perfectly smooth, their quick response to any issues and the final results made any issues moot.
Travis was on the ball when working with my insurance company- even going to bat for us when they pushed back about specific prices and what needed to be replaced or repaired. Thanks to his hard work (as well as the others) we came in on time and under budget!

The team at KO Roofing & Exteriors did an excellent job replacing our roof, downspouts, and gutters following a hailstorm last spring. Adam was our project manager, and he was great to work with and easy to contact whenever I had any questions or concerns. When our roof was installed in September, I was contacted by a neighbor who still needed to get her roof replaced and she was hoping to get it done before winter. I contacted Adam and he was out to visit her the next day and her project was completed within a few weeks. Everyone who I dealt with at KO was professional, friendly, and helpful. The installers did great work, their teams worked well together, and they worked quickly. We did have two minor post-installation issues with the placement of two downspouts and missing gutter guards on a shed but after I contacted Adam, these issues were quickly resolved. Finally, I wanted to mention how pleased we were with how KO worked directly with our insurance company and provided all the information that was needed to fully settle our claim. Based upon our experience, I would highly recommend KO Roofing & Exteriors to anyone who needs to get a roof repaired or replaced.

I recently had my roof replaced by KO Roofing, due to a hail storm. It took about 5 months for them to get my roof completed due to the number of customers ahead of me.
The crew installing the roof were very knowledgeable, careful, and friendly. It looks great!
There were some communication issues with the office personnel I found frustrating, but I know they are working on that. Overall, I am happy with the work they have done and feel confident they will stand behind their work should there be any concerns in the future.

I have worked with KO Roofing several times now and usually talked with Josh G. the owner. My last home was a completely new roof job and a little involved due to the many roof lines and peaks. Josh knows the insurance side and was a huge help when it comes to that. We fought several issues with the insurance company and in the end they paid everything, just like he said. Good to have someone on your side with the knowledge needed. Since then I have used him on my new home several times for storm repair. They show up and talk you through the entire process. Assessment, insurance, repair, payment. A good roofer is the one that is really on your side. Use KO roofing and you will be happy.

Victor was very professional and efficient in repairing/resealing around windows and garage. Company was easy to work with and communication was efficient.

KO is simply amazing to work with every time. We were hit with a large storm including strong straight winds and large hail. The storm ripped the 14 foot door off our quanset building, the roof off our pole barn, the trim off our garage and tons of other damage. Josh and Adam took care of everything. They even coordinated with our insurance company to make sure we were paid correctly. Something that could have been very stressful was handled for us. They are truly a top notch company. We were so happy with the service that we referred them to both our sons and many friends. We will always use KO for everything.

We bought a home in September of 2021 and two months later in December we had three tornadoes touch down and go through the Beaver Lake area. There was extensive damage to our home. The fence was gone, large sections of roofing was gone, windows were broken, the siding was taken, etc. KO Roofing and Storm Repair had guys on our home the same day waterproofing the roof and sides. As you would expect, my insurance company didn't want to pay for new, matching siding for the whole home, they only wanted to put new siding on two sides that wouldn't have matched. KO took care of dealing with them and in the end my home was fully resided, roofed, windows fixed, new fence, and insurance covered it. KO took the time to work with me on design, colors, material, etc and when it was complete our home was like new again, only this time looking much newer and nicer on the outside! Highly recommended.

I had some issues with a roof installed by a different contractor prior to KO. Josh gave me a lot of advice and when it came time to do the repairs I hired KO for several reasons. Most of all my experience with the customer service that Josh offers is second to none. Since then I have seen many other non roof jobs by KO that are very impressive and would not hesitate to recommend KO.

KO was very prompt and responsive to our needs after the 19 December 2022 tornado. All damage to our home and property was repaired to our satisfaction. Josh was a very strong advocate for us with our insurance company.

Definitely recommend they have done all sorts of work for us gutters and roofs no one else I would choose then K.O roofing

A window (casement crank-out) was torn off our house in a wind storm. I was out of town and called KO right away. Within an hour, they had closed the opening and the next day their estimator came to examine it. He also looked at our other windows and discovered they had been damaged by hail in the storm that I did not notice. The result was the replacement of every window in house that had hail damage. KO worked with our insurance and was on-site to show and verify all damage. We would never had known without their expertise. They collaborated as we worked with the replacement window company to get just what we wanted. The install was speedy and courteous. Some of the best workers I have ever been around. They explained what they were doing and verified installation as well as demonstrated operation of the new windows (different style) before leaving. Two months later, we are so happy with the quality and the change it made in our house. Quieter and tighter, we sense our HVAC running much less than previously. KO also walked us through the steps of insurance reimbursement and never asked for our co-pay until the insurance company paid their part in full. Highly recommend. Personal service. Quality workmanship. (Also had the roof replaced by KO six years ago. Same treatment and craftsmanship.) Thank you!

Final Update - Stand up outfit. They came back and made everything right. Sometimes things get missed in business and i get that. What matters is working with people who are committed to serving their customers in the manner promised. KO does that. Very satisfied and would do business again. Thanks guys.

They replaced the roof and gutters on my elderly mother’s (Christine Menard) house and garage. Initially all seemed good. Now the garage roof is leaking and the gutters are pouring water right on to the electric meter box. My mom has called countless times since October. Adam told her multiple times that he would send someone out but no one ever came. Now he won’t take her calls. You should really make this right.

UPDATE: Shortly after leaving this review, with in an hour, KO reached out to my mom and sent someone over. It seems that they do want to make this right. I’m very appreciative and will revise this review when the work has been completed.

Highly recommend! The entire process was quick and they communicated with us excellently start to finish! Very understanding when it came to needing to put our family first as our daughter was born in the middle of the process. KO Roofing is AWESOME! They are very honest, knowledgeable and they do GREAT WORK. They put a new roof on my house, installed a vent on my roof for my bathroom vent, put all new wrapping around my windows, new fascia and new soffits. New gutters were installed along with all new siding on my house and garage. I hired them to also put new plywood walls on my garage.
A young man named Spencer was my production manager and he was truly beyond amazing. He helped me through the beginning and to the end. He was always willing to answer any of my questions or any concerns that I may have had. Spencer is a real asset to this company. I get so many compliments on my house now since KO Roofing completed the work.

After finding them on the list of fireworks show sponsors I reached out for a quote to repair from siding that had gotten soft.

Estimator showed up on the agreed time/date and gave an estimate and how long before they could get to the project. Several weeks later as promised they showed up to do the job. They replaced the siding with new matching siding, left everything clean, paint matched and put back together.

Did everything they promised, for the price they promised, when they promised. Exactly what you went in a good contractor.

We originally booked KO Roofing to replace our roof that was well let it’s prime. After consultation with Josh and before they were done with the roof, we booked them to do our soffits, fascias, and gutters as well. It was an extremely easy experience from start to finish and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! It’s a tremendous difference in how the house looks just with those updates. Going to be booking these guys again when we are ready for new siding!
