We spent almost $40,000 on windows and doors for our entire house. Our contractor quit showing up and kept 2 screens and some trim for the window locks that arrived damaged. I asked the Mead Lumber Anderson rep if they could please send us the replacements and was told that we would have to pay for them. They want $200 from me for screens that I never received. Those 2 screens will keep us from ever buying anything at Mead Lumber again.
Horrible communication and customer service. Drove over an hour for braces for insulated concrete forms. Were informed we could rent the 3 they had there, we get there and they only have one on site. After all of that they wouldn't rent them to us because we never bought the blocks from them. They could have chose to work with us or gave us a time limit on how long we could rent them for.
