I'm not a customer of MCS, but I did have the pleasure of delivering a load of steel to one of their job sites today and WOW, what an impressive group of folks at this company!

Communication is so important in business, but so is respect and courtesy and Patrick and Bob went way beyond the norm to make sure everything went well with this delivery. This is not the way truck drivers are often treated and I really appreciate the great work ethic and principles I witnessed today.

If they treat me (just a trucker delivering a load) in such an incredibly respectful way, imagine how they must treat their paying customers!
