James took care of us throughout the process and made sure every detail was addressed and taken care of - their roof and gutters are unbeatable in terms of quality installation.

The owner followed up and tried to make this right immediately after he was made aware, however, we are in the process of getting a new roof due to hail damage. There is nothing he can do at this point. If we had known two years ago when this work occurred, we would have certainly contacted him right away.

They did our full roof in a day! Awesome job, worked with our schedule, and fast response with every single question that we have.

How do you choose a roofing company, especially after your community is hit by a major hailstorm? Of the 47 homes in our courtyard community, 39 homes are replacing roofs, mostly completed, by 17 different companies. I can say without reservation that my roof looks better and was installed more expertly and efficiently than the other roofs. The materials were delivered one afternoon and by the end of the next day, the entire 4,472.00 surface area of the roof had been replaced with upgraded shingles. The crew also installed 3 skylights, replaced 13 vent boxes with ridge vents, and removed a satellite dish and reluctant solar fan. The next day, the hail-damaged fascia was replaced. Two weeks later, after heavy rains tested the integrity of the new roof and washed loose grit into the old gutters, the gutters were replaced with 6" gutters and metal leaf guards by a talented Mennonite crew.
If you live in Indiana or Kentucky and need a new roof, you owe it to yourself and your home to investigate MCP Roofing and Restoration, and particularly, Bruce Adams, who shepherded the project. He documented the damage through several supplements after an adjustor, on a traveling crew from Texas, minimized the actual damage. Although MCP does not install garage doors and windows, he fully documented the damage I am using for supplemental claims to the insurance company.
MCP is meticulous, uses all new and highest quality materials, schedules wisely with no materials stacked on the driveway for days or weeks like some of the other roofers, and the hard-working roofing crews are more than adequate for one-day installations.
Consider them.

Working with Erik Weixler has been a breeze. He's very on top of answering calls/texts and helps make the homeowner's claim process easy (especially if you've never made a claim). I'm not a huge fan of contractors admittedly (we tend to DIY most things), but I felt comfortable with MCP that they weren't doing anything shady or half effort. Recommend MCP and make sure to ask for Erik!

MCP has been so good to work with in repairing damage from a hailstorm. From the communication to following up at every step, Erik has made what can be a painful headache of a process easy and hassle-free. Highly recommend to anyone in the area for their roofing and siding needs!

With all the storms, we had some severe hail damage. Clint and the MCP team were out right away and was super supportive and responsive going through the insurance process. Once the work was scheduled, the team was onsite and worked extremely hard to put on a fantastic roof. I was worried about clean up but the team did a fantastic job cleaning up all debris! Very pleased with the results. Neighbors all took notice as well and are reaching out.

We had a small leak in our ceiling and were able to come out the same day when other companies had 2 week wait. They were able to figure out what was wrong and help us come up with a game plan to resolve the issue and was able to do a temporary fix that day until they come back to do the full repair. They are very knowledgeable and very thorough. They looked a all parts of our roof, not just where our leak was.

MCP did an outstanding job on replacing our roof. Chad and Clint worked very well with us scheduling the job and explaining new shingle selections. Chad did a great job working with our insurance company to access the condition of our roof, he came out and spent hours on the roof with the insurance company inspector showing him the problems and damage. They completed the job in 1 day and came back the next day and did an excellent clean up job. I highly recommend MCP!

First class operation, from initial inspection through completion of restoration! Chad was knowledgeable, efficient and responsive while working with the insurance adjuster and each step of the process. Derick and the roofing crew of 12 did fast and precise work: stripping old roof all the way down to bare wood, repairing damage and installing new roof, with close attention to valleys and flashing. Even replacing shoddy work from a previous crew, then staying after dark to make sure clean up was completed.
Alex and Ben did a great job on drywall repair on a big job.
Marcus and his brother replaced all gutters and downspouts, while removing gutter screens and carefully installing them on new gutters. All in one day.
Then Chad followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the whole job.

I cannot say enough about Clint and MCP and the service provided regarding my recent roof replacement in Floyd’s Knobs, IN as a result of hail damage. They worked with my Insurance company, met the appraiser on site and provided local reference contact information when I requested it. Responses were prompt and complete. Clint went above and beyond, even picking up and installing downspout hose, just because we needed it, cleaned out/caulked gutters and asked for payment only when the work was done, even volunteering to delay the last $1000 and replacing insulation, until he returns after rains (at his suggestion) to make sure leaks were corrected and that there are no issues with the new roof. When there was a worrisome storm forecasted for us recently, Clint contacted me as he knew we had a leak and was concerned that we didn’t have any additional damage. He advised if that storm hit us to call him immediately and he’d be here with tarps to cover to prevent further damage and even offered up generators just to help his clients. There was no pressure to proceed with the work when we were hesitant to proceed during winter temperatures. And when we made the decision to proceed, he scheduled us promptly and the work was completed quickly as promised. The level of service provided was something hardly seen today and was much appreciated.

James at MCP is definitely a five star all the way met every expectation I could imagine. Their Customer Service is as amazing as is the quality of work they displayed. I am very satisfied. I highly recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

This is a solid company, everything was smooth from communication to cleanup. Adam is who we dealt with and he was here before during and after, he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisified. I’d give them an A plus . Roof looks great! We didn’t even realize we had some plywood rotted out, we are so glad they took such good care of us !

After using them on my personal home, I convinced the property owner to use MCP on 5 properties that I manage for him. Again, Adam Smith is very responsive and professional. The company has enough personnel that they were able to tear off and replace shingles on three of the properties in one day. Their crews leave no trace behind (great cleanup). We will definitely use MCP on future jobs.

Let me be another to add a Five Star Review for MCP Roofing. After the March wind storm, it was hard to get a roofer to call you back, yet alone give you an estimate. That was not the case with MCP Roofing. From the moment I called until the day that my roof was replaced, MCP responded quickly (within minutes) and professionally.

Adam was great to deal with. He answered all of my questions and was once of the most responsive persons that I have ever dealt with in any type of business.

The work was impeccable. The cleanup was amazing. I haven't found one stray nail or anything. I'm so happy with the work that I have MCP to the company that I now manage properties for.

I had hail and wind damage from a recent storm. My insurance company only wanted to pay for a portion of the roof. After contacting this company, they assisted me in getting the entire roof covered by the insurance company. My roof was 53 squares and they had the old roof off and new roof on in a little over a day. The roof looks great and their responce to my needs was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

The storm destroyed our sunroof. MCP rebuilt a deck and replaced the roof and gutter that was also damaged. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I had my roof replaced in May 2022 and they did an excellent job. I did have a small issue with debris in the bathroom vents but they were quick to come back and pull the roof vents, clean everything out and put it back like it should be. I gave him my insurance info and he took them adjusters to school. They looked like a deer in headlights. MPC ROOFING got me a new roof, new gutters, new window wraps and new garage doors.
