Todd was very flexible and professional when we hired him to inspect our "future" home. His report was very thorough, with clear pictures of what he noted. If you are looking for an inspector in the Valley, definitely give Todd a call!

Todd did an excellent job for us. He checked everything from the roof to the crawl space, explained what he was doing, and provided us with a written report, with pictures, right away. He was prompt, pleasant and thorough.
