I had a lot going on at the time of roof replacement and thought this project would be stressful. They made it very easy. Highly recommend Gary and team!

I'm a real estate broker in Manzanita, Oregon and have been helping some clients with the purchase of a new home. During that process we needed someone to come and take a look at the roof of the home and give us an estimate of how much life it has left and get a bid for a replacement. I've had to call and ask questions so many times throughout this process and Jasmine answers the phone, ready to help, which I can tell from her voice is with a smile, every single time I call. She's been incredibly responsive via email and calls and when I needed a bid in a hurry they got on it fast and sent it to me late, after normal business hours! REPLY to owner: First, my lawn 15 feet off the road is not a shared roadway. That is why I took pictures. The right of way is to the south and I gave your people the map. The north side of the road is my property line! My property is posted "NO TRESPASSING". Your people did that. Pieces of the roofing under layment are what I have been picking up for months!
Northwest Roofing and Construction did my next door neighbors roof. They destroyed parts of my lawn, said they would stop (but did not), trespassed on my property, said they would fix it (did not), and I have been picking up pieces of my neighbors roofing under layment scraps for the past 3 weeks!! If you want to totally disrespect your neighbor and start a fight, these are the Pros to hire!! They were also putting down roofing in the rain. Was going to use them, but have to watch these guys from Warrenton, OR.

We had NW Roofing do a job for us at our previous home which was not easy but Gary and his crew stayed on it until it was perfect and we were smiling! We just had them do moss removal at current home, the crew was on time, polite, hardworking and did super clean up, there is nothing they could have done to improve the end result. We will be calling NW Roofing for a new roof in a year or two!

We would highly recommend NW Roofing to anyone looking for a fair and professional outcome.

We had a roof leak inside our house in the middle of the night from a storm. We called Northwest Roofing that morning--they were super responsive and had someone by the house within the hour to repair our roof! We were so appreciative of the services, knowledge, and honesty. They also gave us advice on what we need to do to keep the roof in good shape to avoid a total replacement at this time. It gave us great peace of mind, and we will definitely be using Northwest Roofing again in the near future for recommended maintenance! We would highly recommend them!

We had a leak on our commercial building in Seaside, OR and these guys responded to our issue so fast we had more trouble coordinating access with the tenants that had the leak. They provided photo documentation of the work as it was completed and were quite reasonable in their pricing, especially considering that we had not done any business with them prior and how quick they were to act. I called Northwest Roofing & Construction on a Sunday morning, after a stormy evening where we noticed water dripping from the ceiling in one of our upstairs bedrooms. Cheyene answered the phone and was able to schedule Gary to come out that very afternoon to have a look.

Gary was professional and personable. He took pictures of the damaged part of the roof and provided me with an estimate in a timely fashion.

Gary's crew was able to come by the following week and did a first-rate job cleaning and repairing the roof and reattaching a couple gutters I had requested they fix. Along with the final bill, they provided pictures of the work from start to finish. The roof looks as good as new, and the gutters are secured and draining properly again.

Excellent work done in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company!

I am impressed with how hard these guys work, and how well they are taken care of by the Northwest team. My project was small by comparison, but Gary and Cheyenne and the team made us feel like our house was the most important thing on their radar when they were here. I've been in construction since I was 10 years old, I'm now 51 years old, and I'm still in construction. You cannot go wrong by using Northwest roofing and construction. Absolute professionals, who get it done in a hurry without compromising quality. I'm very glad I used them for my metal roof on my home. I will certainly be using them in the future!

Had early issues with poor follow-up, but it was during COVID so life was really off kilter. After things settled they called me an apologized. We still never ended up getting a bid or on their schedule, but that definitely could have been my fault when using the app they requested I submit through. Upping my review to 3 stars for the effort and the accountability.

The owners and there crew are above and beyond great people. The last storm we just had cuz the roof on my house to start leaking. And I have an emergency out of town and they came right out and trapped my roof for me. I highly highly recommend them. They take pride in their work.

We were so impressed with the metal roof we had installed on our 1992 Mobile Home. A convoy of professional trucks and workers descended upon our property at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. All the safety measures were taken by each person involved in the job. Not only were they all professional, they were kind, polite and very accommodating. They worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning everything up to a T! We were so pleased that we had them install gutters as well! We chose LeafBlaster which is just what we were looking for to keep gutters from getting clogged with pine needles! The color match was perfect. Couldn't be happier with the price, the job done, the guys and the whole process. Cheyene in the office rocks too!

Northwest Roofing & Construction installed a membrane roof system for my company on a custom build and did excellent work, that was done on time, and for a fair price. The crew was professional and fast, and easy to work with. I would recommend Northwest roofing without hesitation.

What a great team!!. They arrived together on a Sunday morning and immediately began the tear down. The worked together showing respect for each other, didn't use foul language and were polite to my wife and I. They then formed two teams, one on each side of the roof and worked until the roof installation was complete. There was one man dedicated to clean up and that work took place throughout the project and not as a hurry up end of project job. I can't say enough good things about this company. I would hire them again in a minute.

Great rates and solid work. Gary is a real professional and they have a big crew with the drive and resources to get the job right and done fast.

They did my garage roof (huge upgrade), home gutters and some small repairs that will really make my life easier.

My shake roof needed to be replaced. The roof has lots of angles. It was a difficult job and I wanted it to look just like it did when I bought the house. Gary promised the job would be perfect and that it would take 5-7 days. He and his crew showed up daily between 7-8am and worked until 7pm. My roof was done on day 6, quite a feat! It looks great. I would recommend Northwest Roofing to anyone. Thanks Gary!

I have a beautiful new roof, and I was quite pleased with the Professionalism of Gary and his team. They were very prompt and they left the yard very clean, and did a wonderful job of protecting the plants around the structure. I am super happy with my new roof and I would highly recommend them here on the coast. I already have given their number out twice!

We called and got the nicest guy to come out to give a estimate . We then waited a week for the paper work. after a big misunderstanding with their front office , We got our gutters installed today nice job . just a lack of communication with office.
