Maria, Alex and their crew were impeccable. So detail oriented, communicative, kind hearted and very affordable. We could not have been more impressed. They cleaned up every day after themselves and even power washed our driveway when that wasn't even their mess. A 110% positive experience from start to finish. This is the second time I've called in Westview (formerly Rip City Roofing and Exteriors), and both times they exceeded my expectations in every way. Maria responded instantly to my calls, and Alex drove clear across town in rush hour traffic to check out a concern I had. His obvious expertise and patient explanations filled me with confidence that I was in good hands. Most amazing of all, when it turned out there wasn't a problem with my roof, they didn't charge me! Unbelievable!

Our HOA hired Rip City Roofing for a reroofing job at our condo complex, and they were simply wonderful! To start with, Maria offered us a very competitive price, and informed us of several options to improve the look and functionality of our roofs, including improved ventilation to prevent mold, and updating the roof shingle color to a more modern look. The new roofs on our building look fantastic!

Alex and the crew were very hard-working and kind, they got the job done fast, even working on days when it was over 100 degrees out. They are a very hardworking, detail-oriented and fastidious crew.

There was a mishap that caused damage to our AC unit, and I really must commend Maria on her fantastic customer service - she went the extra mile to make sure everything was fixed up for us, compensating us fully on the replacement of the damaged unit. You can hire them with full confidence that they'll treat you right!

It's been two years now since Maria and Alex and their hard working crew replaced our roof -- and a big summer downpour today was yet another reminder of what outstanding work they did for us in August 2021, and at a very reasonable price.

They were highly professional, skilled, and communicative; they took great pains to clean up our yard and protect our plants; and they squeezed us into an otherwise busy schedule. Perhaps the thing we appreciated most was their genuine commitment to doing the small (but often a bit time-consuming) things that a true quality job requires.

I don't write many reviews -- and this one should have been written earlier! But I greatly respect their work ethic and entrepreneurship and recommend them highly!

Alex and Maria run a great business and have a fantastic crew. Communication was excellent throughout the project. We hired them to do a complete tear-off replacement on our new house, and couldn't be happier with the results. This crew works HARD! They put a new roof on our house in 4 days, in the rain, and with several change orders to address issues they found while removing the old roof. Timing was important so we could move in before the real winter weather started. Highly recommended!

Alex and his crew were amazing! Very polite and courteous, timely and the price was unbeatable! Never thought I’d be so excited about a new roof!

I used Rip City Roofing for our roof replacement and they were amazing! So responsive and kind! Then a few months later we were getting our house painted when the painters noticed some rotting wood on the exterior of our house and some window frames. They came out that same day and had our wood replaced so the painters could finish their job on schedule. I will be recommending them to any and everyone!

I cannot say enough good things about Maria and Alex and all the people at Rip City Roofing. We were referred to them by our realtor when we bought a new house that needed a total roof replacement. They gave a competitive bid and came highly recommended so we went with them.

They started the job (estimated to take 7-10 days) and then the forecast showed a huge storm coming at the end of the first week. They brought in more workers, stayed late, and literally finished the job hours before the first rain came. Not only did they finish faster, but they did not take any shortcuts in doing so. Our roof looks great and has held up perfectly in a very rainy fall/winter.

As first time home owners, we also have had two instances come up when we were worried something was wrong with the roof since the install. Both times we reached out to Maria and she had someone at our house quickly to check on the roof. Both times it was NOT the roof, but they never made us feel bad for asking or reaching out to them.

A new roof is a huge expense and having issues with your roof is stressful. The people at Rip City Roofing have taken such good care of us, and our customer service experience has been above and beyond any expectations I have had. They are courteous, on time, and clean up well after the job. I don’t regret a penny that we spent on our beautiful new roof!

I’m so glad I went with Rip City Roofing & Exteriors. I contacted Maria and her team replaced my parents roof. Her crew is top notch! They did a full roof replacement in 3 days. The plants where covered and her crew cleaned up every day before going home. I highly recommend Maria’s company.

All I can say is AMAZING! We had a leaking skylight. Rip city roofers responded immediately to my call, came out the very next day, gave me a estimate and installed the new skylight the next day. We will definitely be using this company for any of our roofing needs in the future.!
