What a great job Alex and his crew did for us!!

We first used Alex on a small 1-day tear down project, which no other company was interested in doing. Not only did Alex give us a good price for the work, but his crew showed up the next day and had the work done by quitting time – cleanup and all.

When it came time to re-roof our house and tool shed, Alex again had the right price for us. When we signed the agreement in May, Alex gave us a start date of July 24, with a duration of 1 week. Lo and behold, on July 21, Alex showed up and began staging his equipment and materials. The work began on July 24 and was completed on time 1 week later. This included at least 1 day’s worth of extra work items that we asked him to do (at a reasonable price!). Being a professional construction scheduler myself, I know for fact that this is highly unusual. Most projects do not start on time and go for longer durations than planned.

The main reason is Alex himself. Not only is he a very organized individual, but he also has a knack for hiring an excellent crew – knowledgeable, hard working and courteous - as is Alex himself. The entire team produced a high quality job for which we are very pleased.

We whole-heartedly recommend High Solutions Roofing and would not think twice about hiring Alex again should we need a roofer.

I emailed for a free estimate on a Friday, and got a response right away! He came out the same day, took measurements etc, and said he would have an estimate for me on Monday. His quote came in less than another quote, and he was able to get to it sooner. A week later his crew was there (ON TIME) and immediately started and they worked hard the entire time they were there. His crew are hard workers with great work ethics! I appreciate the communication and being able to rely on what was said! My roof looks amazing! The entire work area was left clean too!

Alex is a great communicator and always let me know what the plan was and how much it would cost. High Solutions Roofing did an excellent, professional roof repair project. We had extensive damage on our roof and dormers from the 2022 winter snow and ice storm. Alex & his crew worked hard, showed up when he said they would, cleaned up the work site after every work day, were informative, professional and completed our project quickly. I’m impressed with the quality of work and fair pricing!

In this high-demand time when many roofing contractors are not that great about taking a call for a quote and then following up with a visit and an estimate, Alex's follow-up stood out from the pack.

His quote was reasonable—less than $10K compared to a competitor asking $15K with less included in the quote for our fairly basic ~1500 square for one-story rancher roof with a lot of moss and other damage from a prior owner. A large percentage of the cost was for materials. High Solutions' quote included some initial additional materials for plywood underlayment (as we knew we needed some but didn't know how much we'd need). Alex told us what roofing material he used, and filled us in on why he chose them for their quality.

He kept us apprised of when he would do the roof and showed up when promised.

He and his crew were courteous, clean, and quick.

They carefully tarped what needed to be covered in our garden and good landing spots for the two layers of roofing that needed to be stripped, removed all the debris from the stripping, took it away, and cleaned it up well afterward.

The extra charge for additional plywood needed underlayment was also reasonable. Where our covered porch impinged on the roof and needed to be taken down (we'd planned to anyway), Alex's crew did it quickly and neatly stacked the lumber from the patio roof frame for repurposing and removed the porch roof cover we no longer wanted.

The roof looks great and we are confident the installation was well done and will stand the test of time.

Alex repaired a fireplace vent that was damaged by recent snow on our metal roof. He ordered some of the roofing material to make a dam above the vent repair to keep it from happening again in the future. Quick, professional response at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Alex!

Our house needed repairs to roof top ventilation pipes that had been damaged in a winter snow storm. Half a dozen roofers would not return our call, or when they heard about the job details, they would never come out to estimate it. High solutions Roofing is a standup Company!! what Alex did was above and beyond My expectations, While he was repairing a patch on the Roof, he notice some pipe flashing that failed, he took a picture of the flashing to show me his concern. Then he took the time to get the right materials and got it fixed for us. I would have never know about these issues till we would have had a roof leak.
