I had a great experience with McBride Construction. We are so grateful that Kevin Lewis helped us navigate our kitchen rebuild. He was very good at being persistent with our insurance company. He was very detail oriented so that our insurance company had all of the information that they needed to reimburse us. He made numerous calls to our insurance adjuster. He made sure that the remodel was done correctly and as smoothly as possible. He went above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend McBride Construction.

Had a great experience with McBride for an exterior water leak. This was a small project by their standards so I felt a risk of getting lost in their scheduling. Not the case: They found the problem and efficiently and successfully made the repair. Highly recommend!

I worked with McBride (Kevin, Jesse, and others) on a water damage house project. I live in a three-floor townhouse and the water damaged area was the first floor. Kevin did a great job communicating with the insurance company, addressing my concerns, and answering my questions. He is always willing to help his clients solving the problems and I am really impressive by his client interface capability and project management skills. Additionally, he is good at negotiating with the insurance company and pushing back. Whenever I need supplement info, he is always able to provide all the information in a
timely manner. Than you, Kevin, for doing such an amazing job! I also wanted to thank Jesse, who always came on site working on the rebuilt, talking to the subcontractors, and listening to my request. You are amazing too, Jesse!
There is only one minor suggestion, sometimes there was a small gap between me as a client and the subcontractors, it would be more appreciated if McBride could provide with more info (sub-project timeline, decision making timeline, etc).
Overall, finally, I get a new first-floor area, with the help of McBride! I would highly recommend McBride (Kevin, Jesse) if you ever get gotten a chance to work with them! Thank you!

My client recently purchased a fire damaged and rebuilt/new construction by McBride Construction in Renton and it presented significant deficiencies. Specifically, the master bathroom lacked hot water due to a plumbing mislabeling issue. Furthermore, the new build was not equipped with internet conduit. Despite these issues being identified within the warranty period for a new construction, the project management team declined to honor the warranty obligations and rectify the defective workmanship, citing the change in ownership of the property. I do not recommend McBride Construction.

If I could give more than a 5 star review, I would! I have worked with McBride twice now on reconstruction related to leaks in my condo. Both times, every single person I worked with has been tremendous. Professional, efficient, responsive and most of all, given the circumstances, tremendously kind. I want to especially call out Steven Engberg, who has provided estimates that were exceedingly accurate and cost-effective, and who has gone above and beyond his job requirements to make sure I was satisfied that the job was done well. I cannot recommend McBride highly enough!

McBride is quite possibly the best construction services company I have had the pleasure to work with. I have had the opportunity to collaborate with them on small personal projects at my property, as well as professionally on a multi-house ADA adaptation project, and their commitment to quality, friendly and responsive staff, and extensive knowledge of their craft has always been consistent throughout. They also have a wide range of sub-contractors and relationships within the industry, greatly enhancing their ability to offer a wide range of services seamlessly, making it easier on the client through business relationships that allow them to find the right professionals for the job, every time. Connor McBride runs a great team with quality professionals that never disappoint! Five-star service!

My house was heavily damaged from flooding due to a burst water pipe in the attic. After my first general contractor didn’t work out I hired McBride, and I feel fortunate that I did. I found McBride to be very professional and thorough throughout the process of estimating, scheduling and completing the work. They were great in communicating the timing and logistics of the project and what to expect each step along the way. Christi, and then Devin, did superb estimation work, and Jesse was always available and thinking ahead as the project manager.

The work in general was top notch, especially the flooring (carpeting, marmoleum, tile and hardwood). The drywall work, plumbing and electrical were also completed expertly and on time. My only issue would be with the baseboards that were replaced - they were ok, but not great - and the wall painting was a bit sloppy in some spots. Otherwise I was very happy with the work performed.

Lastly, Jesse made sure that all the remaining construction debris was removed and trucked away and, after everything was done, did a walkthrough with us to make sure nothing was forgotten in the rebuild process.

I highly recommend McBride.

We first worked with McBride years ago when a tree came through our roof and they were the choice of our insurance company. They did a great job. Then this year we noticed rain coming through our bathroom exhaust fan vent. We called every local roofing company we could find and all told us it would be a *week* before they could even send an *estimator* (not a fix crew). I called McBride and explained we had active water coming in the house, they had a crew on our roof same day who found the issue, took tons of pictures, fixed it, and tested it to be sure the problem was solved. They will always be our first roofing choice from now on.

McBride and each person I have had contact with has been knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. I have managed a 141 unit condo envelope project over the last two years and only have good things to say. Tim, Manny, and Rigo have been onsite to address any questions I had. They worked well with my engineer, architect, and the city inspectors. All this while the units were occupied. Great company and great people I recommend highly.

McBride Construction remodeled our house after some major water damage and it is absolutely beautiful. Bob, Jeff, & crew were great to work with! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a renovation!

McBride is one of my go to main contractors resources! Brad, Tim, and Bill are always ready to help out in my emergency shoring projects and at times are the only ones capable of figuring out how to remediate a building with me! We spent 3 years stabilizing a 1960's steel and concrete building built over water that suffered a catastrophic collapse! Always ready to help and are willing to work with difficult situations and engineers!;-)

I felt confident in the process with his work and flexibility. I recommend Brendan from McBride to anyone going through a rebuild for your home.

My parents condo had a water leak and had to be completely gutted. After dealing with incredible delays from the HOA, McBride Construction was finally hired. Thank Goodness! Jessica was in contact with us whenever needed and expedited the process to get my parents back in as soon as possible. Great job!

McBride helped us with water damage caused by a dishwasher leak. Preston and the team were fabulous from the start. Preston took the time to explain the issues, repairs, and every step pf the process. The process went smoothly through completion. Every day the team arrived on time and were pleasant while completing tasks to get the issue resolved. Hopefully, we do not need to use their services again but we would definitely call them again and will refer the team to others for water mitigation needs.

I have nothing but good things to say about Mcbride. Unfortunately my insurance company has been a nightmare and would not pay out enough to hire any company of quality to fix our home. They use something called contractor connect and picked a cheapest bidder company as a basis for paying out the claim who's workers did not speak basic conversational English and I think pay their workers 15 an hour based off their quote. We tried to go with Mcbride instead and despite the long drawn out battle back and forth Jeremy our PM fought for us and followed up relentlessly with our insurance, helping to seek justice for us and reach an agreement between parties. We are still heart broken we have been forced to go through our insurance companies cheapest bidder company due to our issues with insurance but would recommend Mcbride to anyone looking for honest professionals who know what they are doing.

I have had the pleasure of being a vendor-partner of McBride for years. They are great to work with, display professionalism, and consider their business decisions with care and integrity.

We were helped through a flood (re) construction by Bob Gross. The whole repair ended up taking a few more months than we had allowed for, but Bob was fantastic, diligent and had some great people to do the floor, cabinets, plumbing etc. Best of all, he kept to the budget: unheard of! Couldn’t have asked for a better team.

The McBride team was very helpful is getting repairs made from water damage (Jesse and Natalia are awesome!). Although a couple of sub-contractors had to be called back a couple of times to fix issues, McBride made sure everything got fixed to my satisfaction.

McBride Construction did a wonderful job for us. We had to have cabinet and floor repair due to a water leak in the kitchen. The knowledge and care that was put into this project starting with our estimator Devin who without his help we would not have received adequate pay out from our insurance to cover the cost of the work needed. Communication was fantastic and any issues or concerns we had were handled quickly by our Superintendent Micheal. All around great company to work with!

McBride did a GREAT job for our condo building. They were timely, efficient and friendly. Their onsite crew leadership communicated daily on the progress of the work and kept us informed the whole way. The way they work inspired us to TRUST them and that's not a feeling you get too often these days. I would use McBride for anything they do.

They were all great. Doing a great job was their priority not just getting the job done. Chris did an amazing job keeping everything moving. Devin was great at keeping up with the insurance company. They kept us well informed at every step of the way.

We had a great experience with McBride construction. All of the work was done professionally, quickly, and the finished product came out better than we could have hoped. All of the vendors used were great to work with and provided a lot of options and were flexible to any ad hoc requests we had. Our only difficulty was there wasn't always a lot of communication with the vendors and us and the PM, a lot of times we had to call day of to get times of when people were coming, set expectations of what we wanted, and had to reach out ourselves knowing what we needed (for example, we knew someone was coming to put in our island but we had to ask what we needed to pick up on our own such as sink, airgap, airswitch, etc which wouldn't have been here on time if we hadn't asked). Overall good experience!

Natalia is a very nice friendly person, but you dont want to deal with this service as they charge away more than the actual price. The charged me for installing a temporary kitchen $1800+ which is unbelievable. They charged for an emergency business and they brought the service a couple days later after i contacted them. You need a quote before you deal with them even for small things. I will never go back to them, it is unfair prices

McBride helped us with an emergency clean up after some water had leaked into a closet. We had to have a quick turn around time and McBride came to our rescue. They took care of everything quickly and thoroughly and made a stressful situation much more manageable. I would recommend McBride to anyone and everyone!

They're quite possibly one of the most professional and caring companies I've ever encountered with. Emergency repair scenarios are never fun, but I know if we ever face it again, I'll give McBride a call and not stress about it.

They cleaned and repaired major water damage from an overflowed toilet which included replacing damaged drywall, painting and carpet replacement. I would especially like to mention the good job the project manager, Peter Lowell, did of scheduling and keeping me in formed on the progress of the project.

The worst quality that I have ever seem, the most unprofessional, extremely expensive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PEOPLE. Poor quality of service, work will need to be redone due to lack of attention and skills. No manager or supervisor watching the workers doing the job. Extremely unprofessional. Thank goodness that there are legal options for me to get the job done as it should. Worst company ever.

I've used McBride Construction 4 times, and there's a reason. They are truly a trusted contractor who puts you and your project first no matter how small or large it is. Their crews are friendly and respectful. The sub-contractors they source for tile, flooring, and cabinetry are high quality. Another cool factor is their response time which is normally within hours or at least by the end of day either by email, text or phone. Well worth it to have them stop by to provide an estimate for the project you're looking to have done.

We truly appreciated the McBride team - especially Bob Gross for staying on top of the remodel. We did have a few issues with sub-contractors but Bob was aware of our concerns and made sure we were satisfied with the results.

Excellent results from the initial meeting through completion of the project. McBride staff was knowledgeable, professional, and their use of sub-contractors was suitable for the work required. Minor delays was experienced as a result of subcontractors, but overall, project was managed and performed in a timely manner. I would recommend others to McBride, and would consider their use with any future projects.

McBride did a great job fixing some leaks on the exterior of our garage. They were fantastic at evaluating the actual problems they had which were smaller than we thought and earned a lot of trust by not overselling their services more than what we needed.

McBride completed fire restoration on our home. This was a very difficult time for us. After terminating the first restoration company McBride came to the rescue. They coordinated subcontractors, bids and provided guidance along the way. They do quality work and ensured their subcontractor did the same. The works was above our expectations and we were back in our home month’s ahead of what the first restoration company told us. They have a quality team who was responsive to questions and concerns. Highly recommend McBride and would use them again.

McBride construction was our contractor after our kitchen fire. They are very professional and easy to work with. One of our first meetings was at our home with their subcontractors present. It seemed very organized and we were all on the same page from the beginning. Although it was a very stressful time, we were glad to have McBride and our site superintendent Josh there to walk us though every step of the way. McBride is an excellent company that I have been working together with for the last 20 years. They have performed repairs on numerous projects from fires to water damage on houses and commercial buildings. Their estimators are responsive and knowledgeable. And their work crews are well trained. I have recommended McBride countless times to people who have experienced property damage of all sorts.

McBride personnel came out in the midst of a raging wind and rainstorm, in the dark, and stopped a leak on our roof. They are very professional, friendly and timely. We will use them again.

During a big storm, a large tree branch landed on the roof of my house, and it smashed out a large skylight. It happened late in the evening, and I couldn’t even get other companies to answer their phones. We reached Eric at McBride and he did a great job calming the situation and scheduling a crew to come over to work on it. Given the storm was still going on and it was the middle of the night, they couldn’t start the work until sun-up, but that was expected. The crew arrived very early the next morning and sealed up the house. Sam and Ricky did a great job, and we appreciated the follow-up with Jeremy. Overall, McBride really helped us out.

Mcbride did a great job remodeling my bathroom! They were own time, affordable, and paid attention to detail. I also liked having all contractors cell numbers in case I had questions i could text them. I would totally use them again in the future

Whereas the quality of repairs was generally acceptable, we had constant issues with trying to have the firm respond to our telephones and e-mails when problems surfaced (repeatedly, scheduling, and once--quality, issues). The superintendent--as a rule--did not bother. We weren't getting prompt responses even when we tried to pay for the job and close the whole issue as soon as possible. And the credit from McBride for the botched part of the job was considerably less than McBride's original charge. We really never knew if the repairmen were Covid-vaccinated, and usually they did not use masks. The clean-up, charged liberally, was very minimal. Carpets were not protected, until we requested that, after spending hours to clean the spots, left by employees.
