Marinko The owner did an amazing job on several different projects on our hundred year-old house. He did quite a bit of different mortar/brick/etc work, taking great care to perfectly match the color of the grout. He also did quite a bit of roofing work replacing several “rubber“ EPDM flat roofs, while nicely managing the tricky parts where there was need for mortar to work at the edge of the roofs. He also did some very nice custom work on replacing some historic tile on the floor of our patio.. Lastly, he also did a great job of putting down some rubber paneling on one of our rubber roofs so that we could use it more as a deck without having to worry about accidentally damaging the roof With furniture and/or while walking on it.

Furthermore, he did all of this at a very competitive price point.

He is very friendly, and clearly is a thinker, often bringing unique and very valuable perspectives to each of these unique projects, as trying to get the scope of the work right is sometimes the most key part. He was also very responsive, eg when there was a problem or something needed to be done sooner, he would show up almost immediately, working around the weather, etc.

He also completely stands behind his work, and anytime there is any concern about any aspect that even tangently touched on his work, he was always 100% Immediately willing to address that, and in the rare case where that came up, that was not an additional charge for the customer.

Marinko and team gave my home a beautiful and practical facelift which included a new roof, gutters, fascia, some ventilation soffit and gable end siding. They did a great job and I highly recommend these guys! They take pride in their work and it shows. They replaced my fascia and drip edge. They fixed some roofing imperfections from a previous roofing company and patched in the shingles perfectly. They were honest about pricing and putting on quality materials and they finished the job in a timely manner. They custom bent the aluminum and took their time to make it look great!

I called MC Home Exterior Repair LLC to investigate some flashing that was pulling up around my chimney. Marinko came out within a few days to lay out what work needed to be done to repair the area. I was very impressed with the communication throughout the whole process. He texted me when he said he would come and was very prompt. He told me originally that it would probably be a few weeks before he could squeeze me in, but much to my surprise, he was able to get me in a few days after he quoted me a price. The crew left no mess when they were finished, and Marinko made the repairs the correct way without cutting corners. It was also helpful that he sent pictures as he was working to keep me updated on the whole process, and I felt the price he quoted me was fair as well. Overall, I'd highly recommend. Thanks!

Marinko & Crew were great to work with and they came highly recommended by a General Contractor we’ve worked with.

We needed some very custom gutter repair and replacement / retrofit for our 1960’s ranch. It was a small job, but they took it on with the same enthusiasm and innovative work that I’m sure they do on large projects.

We didn’t want to cut down a mature maple tree on one corner, so they installed two new downspouts around it.

And on the long back side of our house didn’t have enough downspouts and the one in place was damaged (That they found out!). So they replaced the existing one and installed a new one to capture more from them roof and tied them together as our landscaping / walkways didn’t allow for them to drain straight away from the house.

We’ll certainly use for some upcoming masonry work too!

MC replaced my roof (have one section flat roof and one shingles), new gutters and other trim work. Terrific across the board. Great quality work and attention to detail. Great crew - after completion of their clean up never would have guessed how much tear down there was just hours before.

Marinko was referred to me. He came over to see the issue I had with a long horizontal gutter fix at my home in no time, and quoted. His communication is great! Great work! They were patient with us, very friendly, and reasonable priced. Our brick doesn’t exist anymore and is a custom job to try and recreate. They cleaned all the brick we had from an old retaining wall and filled in two windows/tuck pointed/chimney repair/recreated the corner of our garage that was destroyed from water damage. Would highly recommend! Great at communicating and making sure the whole job looked right throughout the process.

They are honest & skilled -they got to the cause of our problem & fixed it completely not just a cosmetic job, but fixed the structural problem-they may cost a bit more but you get what you pay for. You can’t get a durable repair of a problem at the “ do it cheep price”-the most costly repair is one that does not solve the problem-trust me I learned the hard way I have a complex old roof & for the first time in 20yrs my house has no leaks-I have had multiple prior roofers that wasted my money& leaks continue-these guys are like engineers they figured out what was causing the problem & fixed it-it’s hard for them to know the price of a repair till they open the wall or debreed the failed mortar-we trusted them & it payed off the problem got fixed & they were pleasant to work with. They sent us tons of pictures from the roof befor & after repairs-our walls were far worse than could be seen from the ground as well as from”drone” pictures by prior roofers.
