Dave and his men are pros. I am restoring a 1927 home with clay shingles and copper gutters. All custom flashings and a variety of curved and flat roofs. And the needed carpentry work to do it right. I recommend without reservation.

We have an unusual roof but Dave North knew exactly what needed to be done and then did it quickly and efficiently. I will continue to use Dave North Roofing for all our roof and gutter issues in the future. Happy to recommend them if you need any roofing work.

I loved that he roofer took photos of the roof and gutter areas where the repairs were made. To receive both photos of the before and after, was incredibly helpful since the areas needing repair were not visible from ground level.

In 2009 a kitchen addition and an entrance were added to my 1936 home. Unfortunatlly, it was not installed correctly, causing a lot of water damage. Dave was able to identify the problems and correct them quickly and efficiently. I strongly reccomend Dave North Roofing.

He was able to figure-out where our leak was coming from. Our roof is very steep and high. It's a difficult project that other roofers were unwilling to even bid on, choosing to just take the easy jobs. These guys bid the project, did a high quality job that looks great, and fixed a few gutter and missing shingle issues while they were up there. This is a high quality outfit.

Have had a troublesome leak in my roof that has baffled other roofers. Dave did a thorough inspection and photographed problem areas for me to look at. Work done quickly and neatly with resolution of the leak. New copper downspouts look great and shingle repairs blend in to rest of roof perfectly. Great work which I would recommend to anyone

Dave & his team did a great job on our house! We have a Terracotta roof and had a difficult time finding a vendor we trusted to not create a larger problem than the one we started with. Dave and his team not only accomplished that task, but they also fixed a few other small issues they noted while they were there. They were timely, efficient, and their prices were reasonable. Dave and his team have replaced three roofs on or property and each job was different; composite, tile, copper, and each job was very high quality job.

After we purchased our home we found issues with the concrete tile roof. Dave North and 2 other contractors were contacted to come out for inspection and suggestions. Dave was by far the most knowledgeable, personal and honest of the 3 and Dave did not disappoint. Last year we added a small addition to our house and again Dave came through with doing an outstanding job matching the existing roof along with the copper detail. The addition looks fantastic!

We have a tile roof. Very few roofing contractors are capable of working on this type of roof. We shopped around and found Dave. He investigated the problem, told us exactly how he would fix it and then did a tremendous job. We were extremely happy with the repairs, and the price was very fair. If any roofing work can be considered beautiful, Dave's work on our tile roof was beautiful.

Dave and his crew removed old asbestos shingles, re-enforced the structure of a garage roof, and added metal trim that matched well with an original design from eighty years earlier. Arranging the various stages when the process was interrupted by inclement weather was complex, and Dave conducted the symphony with the grace of a seasoned conductor. He also called thoughtfully to inform us when various jobs would occur, which was necessary so that we could continue to use the driveway and parking space. The main assistants, Jim and Stacy, were similarly hard-working and pleasant. I'm not sure I ever saw them pause for lunch. Although the cost was significant, we feel it was worth while and the roof is likely to last another hundred years
