Steer clear. Mike presents as a Christian family man and you will want to trust him, but you cannot. I prepaid for septic and roof jobs and he never did either and kept the money. I paid for 98% of the framing work for a new home and he completed about 60%. He also didn’t complete any aspect of the job and what he did complete I had to spend thousands of dollars trying get a professional to fix it. He was even given the opportunity to fix some small work with a shower that he said he would warranty and then he disappeared leaving me holding the bag again. Run far away if given the opportunity to work with him!
