The first time I booked an appointment, they emailed me the night before saying that the detailer was fully booked for that day, even though all the appointment times were still available on their website. They told me to reschedule, so I rescheduled for the following Monday at 11:30 AM. They emailed me 45 minutes after they were supposed to be here saying that the detailer couldn’t make it, so I’d have to reschedule again. I just went ahead and found another company to do my car, not worth my time or my money.
