Frank at Mayhem is very through and responsive. I asked him to look at a roof and he spent extra time explaining each issue , why it was and issue, and the proper repair. His quotes were easy to read and made sense. Ultimately, we decided on an alternative for dealing with the roof, but I feel confident Frank would have done an excellent job.

Had a roof replaced by Mayhem 5 years ago and it still looks fabulous with no issues at all.
Moved home and needed another roof replacing, once again a beautiful job! They discovered issues with the way the roof had been done previously which resulted in leaks and fixed them so the roof wouldn’t leak again.

Mayhem fixed a leak in my 97 year old Grandmother's roof. I had gotten several estimated, as I live in a different state but handle these things for her. Sometimes it's hard to make sure she doesn't get cheated being long distance. Mayhem's quote came in below everyone else, and they took the time with my Grandmother and her leak was fixed within 48 hours. Everyone has been very professional and courteous. I see why they're so highly rated!

Working with Mayhem was a real pleasure. They provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision on which roof to chose, worked over and above with my insurance company to make sure my roof replacement was covered due to years of accumulated wind damage and showed up on the dot on roof day and never stopped until the job was done and every scrap was cleaned up and hauled away. And the roof looks great!

Very professional from start to finish. Roof has held up fine to rain with no leaks so far and looks fabulous! Only complaint is that a retired shingle was pitched over the edge of the roof and loved in a tree for the duration. Hopefully the next windstorm will knock it down!

The crew that did the work was extremely efficient and did an outstanding job cleaning up after themselves (replacing a roof creates a small mountain of refuse). Not a single nail, staple, or scrap left behind when they left. They got the entire job done in one day, and the new roof looks great. I highly recommend getting the upgraded architectural shingles. They really do make a difference in how the roof looks.

Truly an awesome experience working with James Thomasson and Eric,handled everything from initial inspection, contacting insurance, processing claim. They were truly professional and a great asset to this organization. The quality of work their roofers did was exceptional and they were very pleasant to watch. Mayhem went above and beyond to help me with my roof repair. I was initially turned down by my insurance company to get the roof replaced, despite obvious damage internal and external. Mayhem not only advised me how to fight back, but also provided me with pictures as proof to the existing damage. They stood beside me for months helping me take the proper stance against the insurance company. Finally the insurance company gave in and fixed my roof, which was the right thing for them to do. But i couldnt have done it without Eric Monroe and Mayhem Roofing fighting for and with me! The roof was installed about a month ago and it looks amazing!!! Eric Monroe came out and gave us a bid on our roof and told us that our roof was in great shape and that we didn't need one! How refreshing to deal with an honest contractor. I am so glad that there is a forum for people to have a voice. With our voice, we can impact a business. Let's make our voice count by not using this company for roofing needs. Let me tell you why you should not use Mayhem Roofing. I will also post this on other forums, including the BBB so that as many people will see this review as possible.
I was approached by Mayhem roofing and agreed to a roof installation in June of 2014. At the time, there was a satellite dish on the roof and the project manager assured us that there was no trouble in removing the dish and placing it back with the new roof. We were having NO issues with the dish mount - the roof was replaced for other reasons. In fact, after the roof installation, the project manager came back out to our home and wasn't satisfied with the workmanship on the dish mount so sent another crew out to fix the mount properly. We didn't need the dish - we would have gladly removed it if it was recommended. Here's where you care..... over the last few years, the roof has gradually given away where the dish mount is - the wood is rotten from leaking and is sinking in that area. Mayhem has refused to fix the problem. They do not stand by their product, or their workmanship. Do you want your roof to last longer than 5 years? Any company worth their salt would work out a compromise to fix the issue. Mayhem has refused. Let's make a difference to their bottom dollar. Find someone else to put on your roof. All may seem well at first but their roofs are horrible quality and will not last. I paid top dollar for their product and this is the customer service I have received.
I would like to add a response to Mayhem's reply:
I want to make sure the facts are straight. There were no hurricanes greater than a category 1 in the area during this time. That means, these were not wind events, only flooding. The dish is located on the corner of the roof next to an eave. No one would notice a small minor leak because the area is not accessible or visible from the inside. Additionally, I’m pretty sure that no one has a dish mount inspected annually. If that was required or needed, Mayhem should have recommended the disk be removed - at the very least, it should have been suggested as part of maintenance. As I said, I would’ve gladly removed the dish and mount if it was suggested. Bottom line, Mayhem didn’t stand behind their work. I shouldn’t have to do major costly repairs on a five year old roof. I asked if they would work with me to make the repairs at cost and they refused. I would never recommend this company. While everything seems great initially, they have proven that they don’t take care of the customer.

Frank Kerr did an excellent job preparing and presenting his proposal. He described all the options fully and addressed every one of my questions and concern in detail. He didn't try to push anything that wasn't needed. The work was completed in a day and a half. Tearing off the old roof was a messy job but at the end my property was left immaculate. We've had one very heavy rain since the job was completed and there were no problems. My old roof lasted 24 years; I trust this one will perform just as well, and the appearance is certainly an upgrade.

Mayhem Roofing was excellent throughout the entire process of getting our entire roof reshingled. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Mayhem is such a great company. I have never done an insurance claim and Frank helped me with every step of the way (with him doing most of it). Any question I had was answered thoroughly. Did not know there were so many options for roofs! Anyway, the crew did a quick job and left my yard cleaner than when they arrived! I could not thank these guys enough for how helpful they were and did such an amazing job.

The crew from Mayhem Roofing did an outstanding job putting a new roof on my house. The quote was exceeded by 250 dollars due to two layers of old shingles being removed. Most of the work was completed in 1 day. It was completed the second day including clean-up. The clean-up was fantastic with probably 99.95% of materials being removed. Mayhem did my neighbor's roof so i asked him for their information since i wasn't impressed with another local roofing company i dealt with. There are 4 areas that they are coming back to take care of but these are minor and due to how the gable end of the roof/soffit was built. I highly recommend Mayhem Roofing and I would use them again.

Mayhem Roofing and John were such a helpful, patient, friendly and fast working company! I cannot properly convey how much I enjoyed working with them. As a first time homeowner I did not know how to navigate the insurance information and John patiently explained all the numbers and sections to me. He answered all of my very many questions, and even helped carry in groceries when he stopped by to check on the progress of my roof! He was very accessible- he would quickly respond to any call or text. The quality of product and price Mayhem offers is a combination difficult to match.

Excellent is an understatement! With 2 young kids, 2 dogs and a crazy hectic schedule I was not looking forward to construction of any kind. John gave me a thorough explanation of how it would work and handled the insurance claim with 0 headaches for me. It gets better. I then have an exposed part of my roof AFTER I was on the schedule. John comes out and secures the issue himself, while I was out of town. The job was done in one day by a professional and courteous crew. No way I would have known they were here except for a quality new roof. I am beyond impressed by how simple they made it for me! Great quality work, professional all the way around, and customer service that can't be matched.

I found Mayhem's representative knowledgeable, professional, and personal in all interactions. The work crew did an excellent job. As in any job there were very minor things like a nicked screen or a small dent along a piece of facia, but Mayhem jumped right on it to attend the minor item. It was something I was willing to fix myself, understanding from my own experience putting up roofs that these minor things happen, but Mayhem addressed it themselves.

Extremely professional company to deal with. Owner was directly involved with inspection, estimates and dealing with the insurance company - great guy and goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done correctly. John K was very helpful in getting the insurance adjuster to inspect the roof, kept us well informed on the timelines for the roofing crew and was on site frequently to oversee the roof replacement. We would hire them again without any reservations and give them a 100% recommendation - their professionalism in the inspection process, working with us on the selection of the shingles, installation of the new roof and their quality control follow up - top flight company to do business with. I highly recommend Mayhem Roofing. They helped with filing my hail damage claim and performed the work for the amount of the insurance estimate. I only paid the deductible plus an upgrade to the shingles. Very satisfied with their customer service. A special" THANKS" to Preston for his help and follow up during the process.

John Knowell managed our roof installation and was most informative and pleasant. He met with us and the insurance company manager under somewhat difficult circumstances and was a major player in having our roofing replacement approved. We were well informed on what to expect with our job and the differences in the products available to us for our area. Mayhem Roofing arrived on the job and had our entire house and garage stripped, wood replaced and repaired, and covered with beautiful architectural shingles in one day. The extra products used specifically by their company in the roof gullies and around air vent outlets is just one more reason their work is special. The difference in the curb appeal in the before and after is incredible! We would recommend both Mayhem Roofing, and John Knowell, to anyone. A wonderful experience all around.

Let us start by saying we never imagined a roofing company and John Knowell, Project Manager, being so remarkable. We started our process with an attic leak. We called four roofing companies and John from Mayhem not only returned our call in a timely manner, but came out the same day. The other three companies were not readily available for days.
After inspecting our roof, John discovered we had hail damage. John explained that he would be glad to call our insurance company, explaining the scope of the damage and begin the claim process. Mayhem worked with our insurance company to for a full roof replacement. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work and timely manner in which it was done. John’s knowledge of the process and weather events relating to insurance coverage is second to none. He meticulously walked us through the paperwork and phone calls’, explaining the process and what was required and how much everything would cost. He also was here daily overseeing the project.

Our good fortune did not stop there. The Mayhem install team was awesome. They showed up on time as promised and worked 11-12 hour days to complete the work. They were attentive, courteous and totally focused on doing a thorough job. On top of that they did a thorough clean-up job each day, assuring most of the roof debris was picked up off the ground. The final clean-up left our yard looking like it did before they started.

John, was the most professional, well-mannered and honest person in this process. Everything from products, scheduling, cost and delivery were just as he said they would be. He was helpful in all aspects of the sales and delivery process and we never felt pressured.

We had a small rain and snow storm immediately after the roof was completed. Obviously, there are no more leaks and the roof looks spectacular! We are extremely pleased with our Mayhem experience and highly recommend them to others. We give them 5 stars.

Mayhem was amazing! We had a very complicated roof on a 5000sf house. Other companies had quoted $25,000 but Mayhem took care of all the insurance issues and it only cost me $1,000. Unbelievable! Roof was done perfectly and the workers were very nice and safe around my family.

I called Mayhem after we were having some issues with a leaking roof. We were suspicious that it was the venting and we called Mayhem to come have a look. They were able to schedule a time within 24 hours to come out, were professional and timely, and were able to confirm our suspicions about what the problem was pretty quickly. They charged a fair price and completed the job on the spot within 30 minutes and we have had no problems with leaking since then.

These guys are careful not to damage lanscaping and don't leave the scene looking like a worksite. They do great work, if you need a roof call them.
