Matthews Roofing recently replaced the roof on a house we've decided to sell - the architectural shingles and ridge vent are terrific. They brought Shane Wilson in to replace the gutters and they are excellent! We couldn't have asked for, or expected better service. The bid was reasonable, we agreed on the date, and the team showed up on time and did a great job - and left the site clean. Highly Recommend. [This was our first home in NC and we came to find out that Gary had done the original roof in 1995 - it's held up well - even during Fran!] Thanks guys.

I really wanted to use Mathew Roofing after hurricane Florence. They seem to have good reviews. My experience was that they came out and then sent me an incorrect bid for the wrong type of roof. They said they would have to come out again. I called and waited over a month. When I called the office she apologized profusely and said she would make sure someone called me the next day...I never heard from her again. I called them a total of 4 times. Each time they were nice and made promises but nothing happened. I understand this was a busy time for them but 3 months later I have still not heard from them and I have a new roof from someone else. It’s short sighted on their part—they have tons of business right now—but later if Something happens and I need a new roof I will definitely NEVER call Mathews...too undependable!

I was very apprehensive as a single woman having this major repair done on my house. Matthews Roofing handle this job very promptly and professionally! I also knew very little about the computer but with Cynthia's help was able to forward an invoice to my lender and pay on the computer. Matthews Roofing repaired the roof around the chimney of our house. They worked with our insurance company to get them what they needed for our claim which was very helpful. They have great customer service and you can depend on them to do a nice job at an affordable price.

We put a new roof on in spring of 2014 and had a great experience. All the guys were very friendly and did an exception job keeping the mess cleaned up.

We had our roof replaced due to storm damage (hail) back in August 2014. Gary and his team were fast and professional. Cleanup was excellent, in fact I was on a business trip when the work was performed and when I got back, aside from the new roof you couldn't tell anything had gone on. The property was clean, no damage to the lawn. Gary worked with my insurance company which was very difficult. Gary and his team also did a few repairs on the fascia for me that were difficult to get to, while they were up there. We have had no problems with any of the work performed. On tome, on budget.
