Mat Lasater Construction is answered Prayer! My mother, brother, and I moved to TN from 3 different locations out of state. We combined 3 homes into 1 home. The newly built home we purchased had a large attic space that was not usable. Mat, Ken, Scott, and team came in and converted this space into a bonus room, closet, and storage space. They did the research with current structure plans and licensing needed and exceeded our expectations. All aspects of this project was met with creativity and excellence. After 1 year of living in our new home we are reorganizing again to complete the final phase of moving in. Thank you all for your dedication and being a part of our family. We so appreciate you! In the midst of a pandemic, supply issues, and an insane housing market, Mat somehow managed to find the most perfect piece of land for our family, where he built our dream home.
Every detail was important to us as we wanted this home not only to be functional, but also to make a statement with our style and preferences.
Mat and his team were able to take our ideas and visions and bring them to life with professional knowledge and quality custom designs. He also shared great ideas and options for things that we didn’t realize could be done or existed.
Communication was open and transparent throughout the entire build. Mat was quick to reply to any of our questions and treated us with an abundance of respect. We are especially thankful for his high standards and equally high integrity.

Lasater Construction did a complete overhaul renovation of our 3000 square-foot office building. From beginning to the end they were absolutely professional, honest and a pleasure to work with all around. They quoted accurately, did exceptional quality work, had great communication and I never felt like the project was on the back burner for them. After completion they continued to follow up to ensure that everything was going well. The subs, and all workers on the property were top notch professionals as well. They worked with all my changes and modifications (there were quite a few) with ease. Could NOT recommend them more for your commercial/residential, or new construction needs!

Mat is our go to for any remodeling, and we do a lot, that we do here at the church. Mat and his team take the hassle out of these projects. We have done various size projects from weeks long major interior office remodels to small 2-3 day jobs. He plays close attention to our expectations and always leaves the site clean and works hard to keep us on budget and on time. We used Mat for a small project at our business and we were very pleased! He did nice work but what really stood out to me was his communication. He came when he said he was going to come. One time he was running late due to being stuck at another job but he called to apologize and see if a later time still worked for us. I understand that plans can change and things come up and I was so thankful Mat was professional and communicated any changes! We also get a lot of complements on the work he did. Thanks Mat!
