contacted Louisville Exteriors by email, no one answered the phone. received a call later that day. I explained we're building a new house looking for siding contractor. he tells me to sent home plans I did, PDF. nothing for some days. I emailed again asking that they did receive plans conformation,and how long before a price for siding new house. over a week and nothing. no conformation, no time frame for an estimate nothing.. SO IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN A PROJECT YOU COULD AT THE LEAST BE COURTEOUS AND RESPOND WITH WE'RE TOO BUSY, OR NOT INTERESTED , SOMETHING! GHOSTING AS POTENTIAL CUSTOMER IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS.IF I COULD GIVE YOU 0 STARS I WOULD. BECAUSE YOU GAVE ME ZERO.

Louisville Exteriors recently replaced our roof. We had an amazing experience. Our roof looks great and is well done. Josh and his team were professional and responsive and I highly recommend Louisville Exteriors for your next project.

Josh and the crew from Louisville Exteriors could not have been better to work with. Even with weather setbacks they got in there and got it done. We had siding, trim, and gutters with a leaf guard installed and they did a great job! Highly recommend.

We recently had Louisville Exteriors replace our home's soffits, fascia, gutters, and wood siding. It was a project I'd been dreading for months as I knew it was going to be a lot of money and I worried that whoever we hired would find all kinds of "surprise" problems that would increase the final price. But I felt a lot more comfortable after I met with Josh. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He explained what his company could do for our house, took some measurements, and sent me a (very reasonable) estimate the next day.

I was even more impressed with the company once they got started on the job. The team was very hard-working. On the day they finished with the soffits and fascia, they were here late making sure all the debris was cleaned up. (I have young children and pets, so I really appreciated how thorough they were.) I was amazed at how quickly they got the entire job done.

From start to finish, it was a very pleasant, easy experience, and the price I was quoted was the price I was charged. And while I wasn't initially excited about new soffits and fascia, I can't believe how much better our home looks now. I would hire Josh and his team again in a heartbeat.

Last year, we bought a house that required A LOT of rehab. We dealt with a lot of contractors, and we were seriously just "over it" by the time we got around to doing the siding, gutters, facia, and such. I contacted several siding contractors to give me bids on the work as I had already picked out the material I wanted to use. Our home is very unique in that it has a "cabin feel", and we didn't want to lose that but wanted something that was much less maintenance intense than the rough cedar that was existing. The first guy, was a CROOK. He tried to add 1800 square feet to our job and then over charge us on every thing in the bid. Luckily, I took geometry and know how to do math. We told him to take a hike. The next guy was literally "2 guys and a truck". It would have taken them MONTHS to complete such a large job; not to mention they still bid $10K higher out of the gate than Louisville Exteriors did. Then came Josh from Louisville Exteriors. He was professional from the word "go". He discussed with me the specifics of the material we'd chosen, pointed out the specific manufacturer requirements of install in certain areas, took measurements, and got me a "written" bid right where I expected it to be the "first time". He worked with us to complete the look with a few little touches we came up with along the way. He has a "crew"...not two guys and does great work! He told us it would be on before Thanksgiving, and it was. We cannot say enough about working with this team. Do yourself a favor and skip calling the other guys.
