A contractor friend contacted MasterCraft for me and John O'Brien called me. He then went and looked at my home (I could not be there) and gave me his assessment. We then met and went over details. I am so confident in the professionalism and work done by his company and would highly recommend them. As I don't live there full time, he kept me updated via email with pictures. I would not hesitate to have MasterCraft do more work for me.

Worked with John on getting our property a new roof. I knew this wasn’t a typical roof as it was a double wide park trailer in a campground. We had just bought the place and needed a new roof ASAP as leaking was apparent from the inside of the building. John, gave us a quote quickly, managed to fit us in before ice dam season and was on-time with a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him.

The Master Craft folks did a fantastic job on a very difficult roof repair under tough conditions (very hot and humid). They were very pleasant and worked very hard. I would use them again without hesitation.

The price was definitely competitive and the timeframe for completing the job was clearly stated. The work done was professional and my home was left very clean. They installed new metal shingles after tearing off our old roof, on our house and garage. It looks fantastic and I didn’t pay a dime more than I was quoted. The roofers are very professional and respectful, even asking if it was ok to start early and work certain days. I would recommend them to people I know.
