We called MasterCraft for a roof estimate and received a prompt reply, an affordable estimate and top notch customer service. This was
after several other calls to companies that gave an outrageous estimate, or our calls went unnoticed. The owner of Mastercraft, John, personally handled all our calls and made sure the job was being conducted the way he wanted it. We also needed two skylights and he went above and beyond and now we have beautiful skylights with built-in shades that protect our furniture and floors.
We highly recommend Mastercraft and can't wait fo have them do our next project!
I am more than please with the quality of work, the communication, and the response I received from MasterCraft Roofing. John O’Brien explained the installation process. The cost was as agreed even though the job took extra time. This is a seasonal home and we were not present when the work was being completed. John kept me up to date with when they would be starting, when they were expected to finish, and the additional time needed to complete the job properly and why. John even sent me a video that that Josue, his worker, sent him explaining what he did and the completed work. This all put me at ease. When I finally made it up to the house I was pleasantly surprised as to the quality of workmanship. This was a small gutter install to a portion of my home, if this is the care, attention, and communication that John provides to all of his clients, I am sure he will be very busy. Good workers are hard to find, reliable workers even harder. Wish you the best of luck!
We have a Tiny Home that hit a bridge during transport; part of the roof was knocked off. - we called many companies for Metal roof repair/place with no takers or stated not until the Fall - Reached out and spoke to John @ Master Craft and this was the beginning of a remarkable transformation, from the first Call to the Call that the Roof was completed. The skill, workmanship their name says it all "Master Craft"-manship - The roof has many peaks, valleys and ridges, all had to be creatively blended together to finish the roof, my wife stated this was a puzzle. The site was immaculate when they left all debris picked-up and removed from the site - We Thank the Entire Team
