We had a great experience. Everything was as said. They cleaned up awesome and used a magnet to get all nails out of yard. Nothing was anything like the bad review I read. We even asked if they could come back and paint the vent covers a different color that would match the house better and they came right out and took care of oit

Overall lack of communication from everyone in the company. Whenever we would reach out to the guy who came to the house (we will call him M), he would give us an excuse for why the job had again been delayed. He did call my husband one time to tell him that the job had again been delayed and that the shipment of supplies wouldn't be delivered to my house... and the supplies had already been delivered at that point. It sat in my driveway for weeks. We had to put the metal pieces in the garage so they wouldn't risk being stolen. The job still has not been completed and what has been completed is terrible! Gaps in the shingles, lines are not straight, nail strip showing, and the mess they left behind was horrendous! They left nails and pieces of shingles as well as chunks of plywood and a bunch of little plastic discs with and without nails in them all over the place. My elderly neighbor who is recovering from a heart attack said he picked up 5 nails from his driveway when I found one that they had nearly run over. My niece stepped on one of the nails and hurt her foot. After getting no response from Mastercraft, I was talking to a friend and found out her son does roofing. He came over to my house and was shocked at the poor workmanship! He also asked what we were charged and it was thousands more than what his company would have charged! We were told by M that we would have a final inspection prior to the final bill being sent and that never happened. We were emailed a bill that was due the day we received the email...and as I stated previously, they still haven't even put the gutters on my garage yet. We waited a little bit to see if M was going to contact us about the final inspection before texting him because thats how he would ordinarily communicate with us. No answer after a couple days. I called the company directly and the lady assured me that either the VP of production or herself would be in contact with me and after not hearing anything for several days, my husband attempted to call them and had to leave a message. The greeting said our call would be returned prior to the end of business that day. I tried calling yet again today and was told I would get a return call asap. This was almost 2 hours ago and they know I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of workmanship and that the job has yet to be completed. I would not recommend this company anyone.

We had our roof replaced fall 2016 due to hail damage. Mastercraft did an amazing job! They were efficient and always kept us in the loop. Cory was amazing to work with!
