Building Specialists, Inc. did a fantastic job in 49 weeks of rebuilding our home after a lightning strike and the resulting fire destroyed it. They were very responsive to our requests and had a superb project superintendent. I would highly recommend them.

Building Specialists delivers. The firm is large enough to provide contracted services in any design and construction area you might need.
However, you never feel like you're dealing with a big business with lots of layers. There is structure, but anyone you reach stays with you until your questions are answered.
With guidance and support from BSIVA staff we were able to realize our basic need for a primary bedroom and laundry but we got so much more.
Our old patio was restored and the birch tree and a treasured clematis were saved. We are now connected to our garage with no exposure to the weather. We hope to "age in place" with an addition that is fully accessible and with architectural features that match our personalities.
